Really responsive customer service which is rare these days.
Fonding a card to one's personal taste may become more available once the business grows but I prefer it to the bigger more expensive 'faceless' companies for reasons of individual design from actual artists.

Hi, weâre really sorry the recipient couldnât open the card. This can happen on some Android phones when the video has been forwarded via WhatsApp. To fix it, please try sharing the card directly from your gallery instead.

Very easy process. The first card I bought had a system error so I couldn't send it. Very good (and fast) customer support put it right,with a full refund. I bought another card which was fine. Recommended
