Mike Giles is the director and Mastermind behind the fraud. My settlement was never given filed a lawsuit against CPLG. Don't do business with them. FRAUD !!!

company ask for your personal information will call you everyday saying they can get you money for your car once you give them your information you dont not hear from them they will not call you back please be careful with cplg bad for business

I've witnessed fraud. Mike Giles is the mind master on scaming people's settlements. My advise is to NOT do any business with them.

They are doing fraud and they are scamming people, I worked with them and I am a witness to that. I was a victim of them they didn't pay me my money and Mike Giles the director of the firm scammed me and stole my money I have the evidence of it

Contacted CPLG back in May of 2025 for my 2024 Jeep 4xe that has failed me multiple times. They hounded me for paperwork on a consistent daily basis. After a week or so of getting them what they needed they told me they would have an update with in 2-3 months.

It's now been 9+ months, into 2026 now, and I haven't heard a single thing from them.

I've contact them multiple times but they continue to give me the runaround. They say things like, "Oh, give us 1 or 2 more weeks and we'll get you all of the information you requested" but 9 months later I haven't seen a shred of work they've done and I'm 99% sure it's a scam.

Don't use these people and stay away from them at all costs.

Contacted them about my 2022 Jeep Compass that has been back to the dealership for several issues, including 6 replacements of the radio, which, by the way, still doesn't work properly.
Hounded me to get them the paperwork. I mean daily calls..
Gave them everything, BTW, had to go to the attorney general to get my loan documents, Stellantis refused to give them to me. Napleton of MidRivers also refused to provide them>
But the filed in August 2025.. Gave the deadline of December 26, 2025.
I have not heard a single word from 247lemonlaw.com.
Shame they haven't been as consistent getting a response from Stellantis' lawyers as they were to get me to sign up with them.
I think they are a scam.. because for about 2 weeks, no one has called me back, and no one is telling me anything.

Regrettably, I experienced wrongful termination while working as a client intake at Consumer Protection Law Group. The unprofessional, inconsiderate, and disrespectful management displayed during my time there led to the unjust elimination of my credentials and an abrupt termination without explanation or notice. Prospective employees are advised to exercise caution before considering employment with this organization.
