I had a great experience working with this firm on a case involving a luxury vehicle. The process was handled professionally from start to finish, and communication was clear and consistent throughout.
They took the time to explain each step, set the right expectations, and followed through on everything they outlined. I never felt left in the dark, which made a big difference during the process.
What stood out most was their organization and ability to manage the case efficiently while keeping things simple on my end. They handled the details, stayed proactive, and kept things moving forward.
The outcome was fair, and I’m very satisfied with the results.
If you’re looking for a team that is knowledgeable, responsive, and delivers on what they promise, I would absolutely recommend them.

RUN don’t walk away from this group!
I had a disappointing experience with this firm. Throughout my case, I was never able to speak directly with an attorney and only communicated with a paralegal. Communication was inconsistent—calls, emails, and text messages often went unanswered or delayed.
At one point, I was contacted and encouraged to leave 5-star reviews on multiple platforms BEFORE they would released my case! Which in my thinking is false information, they deserve 0 stars. Now I know how they got so many 5 stars!
I ultimately felt that my case was not being handled properly and requested that they stop working on it.
Based on my experience, I would recommend that others carefully consider their options before choosing this firm. Total waste of my time!!!

We do not recommend this place
We do not recommend this place. We feel like the initial phone call was just to get us to sign with them. We were told we wouldn't have to pay whether we win or lose the case, which turned out not to be true as they charged us fees in the end. The next biggest issue is communication. It would take us days to get a response from them, which is rather disappointing when you're paying for a service. I shouldn't have to email and call several times before someone finally answers. I literally did all the running around for them, I spent hours & days gathering all the paperwork they needed instead of them getting it themselves, like again what were we being charged for if we did all the work? The final straw we had was when our "attorney" showed up 40+ minutes late to a phone call we requested with her that she scheduled!! Then she knew NOTHING about our case at all, it was pretty pathetic. They also never fully explained the process and the fact that we would lose quite a bit of money. We were told it took 60-90 days, however it took us 5 whole months. During the process we were never told that in our state the manufacture doesn't have to pay our interest on our monthly payments. They also never told us that we would be charged a usage fee, despite us asking time after time if we should be driving the vehicle or not. They told us to drive the vehicle like it would be any other day, then boom a large fee for the miles. We seriously regret going with this "law firm" and highly don't recommend. The most unprofessional "law firm" we've ever worked with. Save yourself the headache and go with someone else.

The statements in this review are not accurate and require clarification.
You were not told that you would never have to pay fees regardless of the outcome. That claim is false. LLGP records all incoming calls, and those recordings confirm that no such representation was made. In addition, you signed a retainer agreement that clearly explains the fee structure, including that fees may apply if a client chooses to accept an offer that does not include all fees.
It is also incorrect to suggest that our firm is responsible for obtaining all documentation. Clients are required to provide necessary records so that we can properly pursue their claims. This requirement is clearly outlined in the guidelines provided at the start of representation, and it is not possible for our firm to obtain many of these documents during the pre-litigation stage.
The claim that the attorney “knew nothing” about your case is patently false. Our attorneys review and work on each matter as part of an ongoing process, and your case was handled accordingly.
The process itself was explained multiple times throughout your claim. While every possible scenario is not discussed at the outset, once an offer was presented, all material terms—including any applicable usage fee—were clearly explained so you could make an informed decision. At no point did anyone at LLGP instruct you to simply drive the vehicle without regard to mileage or potential implications.
Despite the inaccuracies in this review, LLGP successfully negotiated the strongest possible outcome available under the law. There is no additional recovery you would have received even if the matter proceeded further.

Extremely Frustrated with my car!
I was extremely frustrated with my 2024 Lincoln Nautilus that was constantly in the shop for computer issues and brakes. This firm handled my case with absolute excellence. Since the first day that I called to talk to them, they had answered all my questions. Lengthy process, but worth it!
I had a great experience working with this law firm on my lemon law claim. While the process took over a year, they stayed persistent the entire time and never gave up on my case.
What I appreciated most was their communication and transparency — they consistently provided me with options and strategies to keep pushing forward rather than settling too early. That gave me a lot of confidence that they truly had my best interest in mind.

Been dealing with these losers for a…
Been dealing with these losers for a year, it’s been a complete shit show. Run away from these people. They take your money and screw you. I had an open and shut case, they took my truck and delayed paying it for so long the interest ate up all my payments and the lawyers just put notes in and say they are working when they are doing nothing.

Current client DO NOT USE!
I am working with the washington group (eastern wa). They do not save ANY documents you send them. I have sent in docs multiple times and they continue to ask for them. The professionalism is 0. They dont know what you've already discussed (they do not take notes at all). You have to constantly remind them of things you have already gone over and explain the same things multiple times. There will be weeks, months even, where you get the same generic message "our team is actively and diligently working on your case, we simply have nothing to update at this time". This process has about hit the 1 year mark for me (still sending, still reminding). I have no time frame to bank on and I honestly don't feel that they've done much, if anything at all. I would strongly suggest you go through a private lawyer or do this on your own with the manufacturer.

We take concerns like yours seriously, especially regarding communication and document handling. I must take exception to your statement that have little if anything at all. After reviewing your file it appears that we were able to obtain a strong settlement offer.

If I could give a negative star or no stars I would. If you come across this website don’t walk , RUN because they will lie to you and say normally 30 to 60 days and probably 6 months at the most. Then talk about how much they can get for you. After you sign the contract everything changes and I ended up with half of what they said and it took over 2 years. My lawyer was Adam Mott and as I said before don’t walk, RUN !!!

--Most matters can be resolved in a short period of time, often as quick as just a few months, but there are situations which may cause a claim to take longer.
--For example, in the event a manufacturer does not wish to amicably resolve the matter, a lawsuit may be required, which could extend the time until resolution. Cases with more complex issues may also take additional time.
--When these situations arise, we zealously advocate for clients and thoroughly counsel them on all courses of action.
