I can’t believe I’ve been scammed, the advert looked so professional and the vertebrae stretcher looked like it would really help and so I bought it
What arrived with no information at all as to how to use it, a hard blue bit of rubber that is beyond uncomfortable to use and now I don’t know if it’s even safe to use, I thought this was a proper medically tested and effective treatment method, wasted almost £40 on it and shipping

I feel like an idiot not I see other complaints in PayPal and trustpilot, I realise now that facebook isn’t monitoring adverts, this is not a safe company and I currently cannot find the advert for the beck stretcher, just great photos of a lovely coat, which I bet is a genuine item of quality whose companies stock photos are being used to lure in people like me

Facebook need to seriously check out companies before allowing them to just use their platform, they must know it’s a scam company by now

I’m an idiot, bought item on holiday for my husband who has issues with snoring and they claimed it would help with that and his pain

I have never received my blankets from Giske Network Technology Co., Limited for over $215.00! I have written numerous times and they just ignore me. I want my money back or my blankets!

I bought a vegetable/fruit peeler, paid $18.49 and I received this piece of flimsy plastic not even worth 25 cents, please do not buy anything from this company it’s a total scam and if I can prevent one person from losing their hard earned money in this piece of garbage it’ll be worth the 18.49.

Worst greedy scamming company ever bought bath mats they sent me the wrong size.
Blaming it on a computer glitch won't give me a refund unless l send it with paying for mailing.
Load of crap these peeps hope something bad happens to them.

As with others I’ve been scammed by this dishonorable company. I purchased what thought was a carbon firer and leather wallet. What arrived was a plastic piece of crap. Disgusting. I then contacted their customer service and as with others dealt with one lie after another. I do believe Facebook at some point needs to vet these companies prior to allowing them to advertise. Personally I’ll never buy another product advertised on Facebook. Simply find the real product on Amazon.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM GISKE NETWORK TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. THEY SEND POOR QUALITY ITEMS, PACKAGE ITEMS POORLY AND REFUSE TO REFUND FOR DAMAGED ITEMS RECEIVED.

Fraud Alert: Scrolling thru social media and came across this black-owned retailer on instagram modeling clothes that I loved. I ordered several items then forgot I ordered the items and reordered the same items. I never received any of the items. What they did was constantly issue new shipping numbers then when you check with usps, the items were never dropped off. Paypal refused to refund money, instead told me to work with the retailer. I am in the processing of filing fraud charges with my bank. I'm going to get my money back one way or the other

Wish I had looked into the company before ordering, I can’t believe if all the people on here complained to PayPal that they are not doing anything about this company, I have lots of emails tracking my parcel across America but as it’s a Hong Kong company that proves it’s a scam, parcel has supposedly been in Edinburgh for a month but it hasn’t arrived with me, company say they can’t cancel or refund as it is in transit, what a carry on, we need to stop buying from these companies and buy things made in UK.

Is there a 0 rating because I have been Scammed again with these Facebook vendors! Ordered 2 wine tables June 2nd and haven't heard from or received my purchases! I called the number and no answer!

Avoid at all cost... They Rob your money give you wrong size and then say they can't do anything as there is no fault... Have emailed to customer service and they refuse to help or pass on to managers... So Its my fault apparently they sent the wrong size 🙄🙄

2 pair of shorts, size 34/37 , shorts were bad quality and barely held together. But I bought them so ...
When trying to put them on they are WAY too small more like 31/32 . Asked for exchange no go, asked to return no go.

I'm out over $100... they state it was delievered but like so many... I never received. I work at home. SCAM ARTISTS

No thanks to paypal ... they did NOT back up their promise of refund, even though this company has many fraudulent claims in paypal. Not impressed at all.
I was also under the understanding that the company was from canada... and only now found out it is china!

SCAM!!! Never received ANY merchandise! You cannot contact the company & PayPal did not back up their promise to refund my $55 either!

Absolutely disgusted! Item arrived but was faulty so contacted them to be offered compensation of £2 for an item that was £35.99. Provided photos and videos then they blocked me! Took it to PayPal who got an immediate response from them asking for the item to be returned at my cost. Another £16.20! Then I receive an email rejecting my claim as this fraudulent company said we’d attempted a repair on item which was lies. They now have the money and the item and we have nothing. Tried to contact them - they’ve blocked me!! Total SCAMMERS!!! Avoid like the plague!!!

I GOT MY MONEY REFUNDED BY PAY PAL

I'm reposting as it seems people are still getting legitimate claims knocked back by PayPal. Please follow my steps so that you can get your money back too.

Paypal originally rejected my claim as they said the company provided proof of delivery which I knew was actually a false delivery note.
I urge you all to go into the Paypal terms and conditions where there is an email where you can escalate the matter; which is what I did; advising them I reject their finding and want my money refunded.
I provided evidence via a hyperlink that our local carrier (Australia Post) had no record of the tracking number supplied. I also attached copies of email threads I had with the company that advised me they sent the item to the wrong address and had resent it and that when I asked them for the new tracking number, they never supplied it. Effectively there was ZERO EVIDENCE the product had been supplied to me. Which is what I stated in my email to Paypal.
I also attached a link to this Trust Pilot thread as evidence to show the company had a negative 99% rating and that it has used the same fraudulent practices over and over again with people all over the world. I stated that with the overwhelming evidence and Paypals lack of action, they were effectively complicit in helping this company defraud it's clients. I stated that Paypal had a duty of care to clients using their services to protect them from companies like this and that this company has no place having access to Paypal services. I asked how many people had to be defrauded before Paypal did anything.
I got my money within a few days.
I think when you challenge Paypal on their decision and say you don't accept it, they will take another look and when you make statements to them about them being complicit in helping this company defraud it's clients and their lack of duty of care; I think you hit the nail on the head.
Please follow these steps and you should get your money back. Good luck!!

Why does PayPal accept money from these companies that you know are fraud. I trusted your company. I use PayPal alot, but it is a hassle to get money back. You say contact the company and they are fake.

Do not order anything from this company. I ordered a jacket in October and have never received it. They provided a tracking number which was not delivered to my address. I complained to PayPal who closed the case as they provided a tracking number. I then gave PayPal evidence from Royal Mail stating it was not delivered to my address, still no refund. I have now taken my case to the financial Ombasman who have asked PayPal to refund the money, now PayPal have disagreed with the ombudsman decision. PayPal is a joke, can’t they see how this company operates, so 😡 PayPal you are shocking, the payments we make should be protected from companies like this. I have read so many complaints why are PayPal still allowing them to do payments when they know there robbers? Don’t get it, shame on you PayPal!

I was also scammed by this company but thankfully Paypal has refunded my money. I had to provide the emails where this company kept giving excuses of why they had no evidence the item was sent. I also provided a link to this review site. It took nearly a month but I was successful.
