Extortionate pricing
The main reason for my low review is the price. I had a guy come out and was friendly and polite but I was locked out and he drilled through the lock in 1 minute, so nice and quick but the company charged £130 labour costs (unjustified). Probably cheaper to buy the drill to do this then he tried to go on and try to sell me a new lock for the door for £60 when it cost £10-£20 in a hardware store

Hi Kris,
Thanks for leaving a review and feedback. Unfortunately I could not find your name on our system so have requested your information on here, please could you respond to the request or reach out on contact@24locksmith.co.uk so I can look into this further and if it was definitely us who provided the service, hopefully find a solution that would be satisfactory. Thank you!
