We got a quote of £55 to fix our window lock. they said it would be £95 because they would need to drill out the lock to fix. (not mentioning that it was an additional (£95) and then an extra £40 for a new lock all of this WITHOUT VAT. he did the work and wouldn't clean up the mess he made even after he was asked to! and charged £228 instead of £55! - They are Fraudsters STAY AWAY

Very disappointing experience. The locksmith gained entry to my property but then refused to secure the front door unless I agreed to a new lock costing £800. A mother with a one-year-old child, is left in a very vulnerable situation with no lock on the front door unless an excessive amount was paid.

There only optionI they provided was an unnecessary and extremely expensive replacement rather than being offered a reasonable option to simply secure the door. I would strongly advise others to clarify pricing and options before using this service.

I did not take up their service. I found another locksmith that did the job for half the cost.

CROOKS! Got locked out of my flat and called them for help. They told me on phone to have around £160 at hand (I specifically told them I only had £200 in my account which was true as I’m struggling financially right now). ‘Alex’ came 2 hours later and drilled the lock off (took him 40 seconds). He then tells me its £192 for his labour so far, and to get a new lock put on I’d be looking at OVER £300 EXTRA. I had to pay the £192 and then just live without any lock on my front door until I found another locksmith who charged me a normal price. ALSO, after I turned this guy ‘Alex’ away (admittedly I did express that I thought he was an extortionist), he through my old key and lock at my door as he left. Honestly despicable service, I was so in shock that I cried after. This is an organised crime gang genuinely.

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Distressing Experience

I had a very poor and upsetting experience with this locksmith service and feel it’s important to warn others.

When I first contacted the company at around 6:30pm, I was quoted a standard call-out charge. This was not out of hours, so I expected transparent and fair pricing. However, when the engineer arrived, the situation quickly became concerning. He said he needed to drill both my PVC door and my front door, and throughout the process he kept adding extra charges with little explanation – for opening the door, drilling the lock, and fitting a new lock.

At one point I was quoted **£1,100**, which I found completely shocking. I was alone at home with my two young children and felt under a huge amount of pressure. The situation felt very uncomfortable and intimidating, and it honestly felt like I was being taken advantage of during a stressful situation.

When I managed to get my husband on the phone, he advised me to leave one of the doors unfixed because of the excessive cost. The engineer then suddenly reduced the price to **£860.40**, which I still felt was extremely high. I also felt pressured to pay because I was told that if I didn’t pay, the work he had already done – including the door handle he had just fixed – would be taken off again.

The following morning, the same engineer called claiming I had not paid the invoice. I immediately sent him proof of payment. Only after I said I would be contacting the company to complain did he suddenly offer to come back and fix the other door for free, which raised serious concerns for me.

When I returned home after the school run and closed the red front door, I realised I could not open it from the outside. Only half of the latch had been removed, which meant that once the door shut it locked with no way of opening it from the outside. This left the door in a worse and unusable condition than before.

To make matters worse, the engineer also left metal fragments and debris across the entrance area. With two young children in the house, this was a serious safety concern and I had to clean up the mess myself.

Overall this was a very distressing and unprofessional experience. I felt pressured, overcharged, and left with unsafe workmanship. I would not recommend this company.

This company is a scam. Charged £618 for a drilled lock which they didn’t even try to pick. Told me it would £200 and then said the new lock wasn’t included, which would be an extra £250 plus £55 call out and £55 labour costs.

A very professional service. I called them on a Saturday evening in London and the locksmith was with me within 30 minutes. I am very grateful to the locksmith and so glad I called your company. Your chap sorted my lock problem very quickly and I was so glad to get into my flat. Very grateful. Your company is now on my speed-dial for any future emergencies. Thank you.

What a waste of time this company was. After calling around a few companies I chose this one as the person on the phone was extremely helpful and polite. I was told that they carry a lot of parts with them so can do most repairs straight away. Booked for 11am, was told the engineer would call 1 hour before appt time to confirm arrival time. I received a call at just after 10am saying they were here. Spent 30 seconds looking at the door handle and said it needs a part and asked how long I was home for. I explained that I could be home for a couple of hours. They said they would return within the next couple of hours. After 4 hours without any communication I called him and he said he would be at least another 1-2 hours. I explained again that I was supposed to be going out. He then said that 6-7pm would be better so I agreed to be home for 7pm. By 7.30pm he hadn't shown up. I tried to call him but no answer so I called the office and explained how unhappy I was. They called him and he called me back. He said he would be approx 15-17 mins. After another 50 mins I again tried to call him with no answer. I then called the office and explained that I would like to cancel the job and I would get another company in to do the work due to the poor communication and customer service and advised how dissapointed I was now having wasted most of my day off and being in a worse position than when they started because the door handle is in a worse state than it was before he took it apart .

The technician Andrii arrived quickly and resolved the issue promptly and professionally

If I could put -1 star I would. Trust pilot reviews are not verified so I imagine most of these to be fake. I moved into a new apartment and accidentally left my new keys inside. In a panic, I chose the first option on Google which was this company. I explained on the phone what had happened and was told it could be £40 - £80 if “more complicated.” It’s an old building. It was not complicated, which I learned late.

It was 2am. A huge man arrived within 30 min, so that is the only positive aspect. He let me in the main door of the building. We went up to my flat and he saw I was alone, panicked, stressed and just wanted it done. He then told me “oh this one is very complicated.” It was a Yale lock - not complicated. Drilled through my door. Put a new locking mechanism on that cost about £350 ( he did show me this and I said ok fine just do it) and then the grand total came to £1,044! Having no experience with this, and nervous to challenge this price as it was late and it was only me in the house, I paid it. Later the next day I did my market research and checked with reputable locksmiths and at the absolutely most high end price. Should have been no more than £400. And still shouldn’t have even been that price. I was taken advantage of while I was in a vulnerable situation. Who knows what would have happened had I challenged this price (that was only told to me
After the job had been completed)! And he ticked on the invoice that the price was explained before the job - it wasn’t. This is not a genuine company and even after all of that.. left loads of dust and particles on the floor after charging me over £1k. I am taking all steps possible to change this situation and make people aware. Absolute liars, manipulators, and did a crap job.

Romanian people.They asked for 150£ face to face when the phone guy say 50 quid.Never asked the to come to your place .

This company has reprehensible business practices. Initially quoted £50 over the phone for house entry and lock replacement as I was locked outside my house.

Once they arrived they used a drill to remove the lock, then once they had destroyed my front door in an incompetent fashion they proceeded to demand huge sums of money to replace the lock or they would leave.

After negotiating them down from an obscene initial asking price I eventually wound up with £300 bill, 6 times higher than the initially quoted figure. Despite the ridiculous amount of money paid the work was shoddy and had to be replaced.

This company is exploitative and simply want to extort those in a vulnerable situation. I would never recommend that anyone use this company and think they should be prosecuted for poor business practice.

If anyone is ever in need of a locksmith I have learned that there is an accreditation service called Master Locksmith's Association(MLA) that will give you a locksmith that will not scam you.

Baiting technique was sadly carried out on a friend. Initial estimate was £80 - work carried out was charged at £1.2k. Avoid at all costs. Scammers!
