I too have fallen victim to their tactic of automatic subscription renewal with no luck having my money refunded. My account has been inactive and yet they fail to be reasonable and fair with the matter. I too will be reporting them to the ACCC and also other forums to promote how unjust their service has been.

Agree with previous review regarding misleading campaign. Please ensure you look for the itty bitty writing when you sign up for the discounted “trial” membership. After 3 months, they will debit your account $150 without any notification. They will not refund based on the itty bitty writing that states they will be automatically enrolling you for ongoing, full priced membership and they will also advise this is buried in their Ts&Cs. I am reporting them to the ACCC for their conduct.
People who work for this organisation and engage in these cold hearted sales tactics should be ashamed of themselves, as should the owner.

I had signed up for an online offer and once I had access and could properly view the details realized it was not what was promoted. The turnaround time to my queries emails took two days and did not address the issue. I had requested a refund as I immediately cancelled the subscription. This was declined and also blocked me from the Group Forum which is part of the paid benefits. That was a last resort to try and resolve my issue. The post removed in seconds and access blocked.
