We booked a flight with 2Day Jet that was cancelled by them on May 14th, and they promised a full refund within 20 business days. Itâs now well past that deadline, and not only have we not received our money, but they are completely giving us the runaround.
We have WhatsApp messages in writing where they confirmed we would receive a full refund. Despite this, theyâve continued to lie, avoid direct answers, and refuse to process the refund. Their customer service is non-existent, and they keep pushing vague excuses with no intention of resolving anything.
This company is a scam. They take your money, cancel flights, and then disappear when itâs time to pay you back. Avoid them at all costs â they are unprofessional, dishonest, and clearly not a legitimate operation.
