SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!!!!! Nasty company! Garbage!! Absolutely trash!
First of all, READ the refund/return/exchange/ delivery on their site. They will NOT pay for your cheap send from China shoes return, you will be fully responsible to send it back if you are not satisfied (and so that you know, you will NOT be satisfied). Once you submit the order and decide the cancel there is NO way back! They won’t cancel or refund! It’s been 3 weeks and I still didn’t get the package which is still seating somewhere in China.. when contacting them, they pretty much tell you “it’s your problem”

I'm very satisfied with their service. I made a last minute change in my order and received the wrong sized product. However very promptly they sent me 2 new pairs of shoes free of charge. I highly recommend their service.

I love the look and idea behind these adorable shoes. I bought a pair for my then-10 month old granddaughter, but they were a little too large when I got them so I set them aside for when she got bigger. She is now 18 months old, and although the foot of the shoe is fine, the elastic sock part is far too loose, and they slip off her feet before she's taken 3 steps. She is not an unusually thin child, and she's not pulling them off - they just are not snug enough to stay on. I'm disappointed because I had high hopes for these cute little shoes, and they weren't inexpensive.

The return policy is pretty much fake LOL You have to pay for the cost of shipping it back to them, which I understand. But nowhere on their website mention they are coming from China. Which means you have to ship them back to China. The cost of shipping will exceed the price no matter where you are ordering it from, making it pointless for you to make a return.
Besides that, they are not good for babies who are crawling... they just... falls... off...

Schoentjes online gekocht, na mail contact over de juiste maat. Blijkt alsnog de verkeerde maat opgestuurd waardoor onze dochter de schoentjes niet kan dragen. Op de vraag of ik mocht ruilen moest ik foto's sturen dat ze niet gebruikt zijn en nog in de originele verpakking. Dit netjes gedaan en foto'sgemaild. Vervolgens komt er ineens geen enkele reactie meer. niemand meer te bereiken.

Ordered shoes back at the start of November and am now in January with no delivery.
Have contacted the company's a number of time via Facebook and email only to receive the same generic reply that they are looking into it and will come back to me and/or blaming the delivery company.
Be VERY careful ordering from 2 tiny feet!

Really cute little shoes and awesome concept. They fall off my babies foot and then she’s walking on the sides of the plastic sole and tripping. Maybe she’s got narrow feet but we didn’t order the wide width either. The sock just starts to slide and doesn’t hold the shoe in place.

Ik had 3 maten besteld. De kleinste paste al niet terwijl ze nog een baby is. En de grotere maat trapt ze gelijk uit. Bij 1 zaten er allemaal steekjes los, slechte kwaliteit. Ik raad het af. Toen ik ze terug wilde sturen, wat naar China moet, kwam ik erachter dat je zelf de verzendkosten moet betalen. Kortom, super duur en hele slechte kwaliteit, echt een dure miskoop!

Probably a great product but do not recommend purchases from the US unless you are 100% certain about size/fit etc. They will refund you. However it is a multiple step process (send request, then send pics of items and additional details, and then upon approval, ship with tracking back to China). Cost of shipping exceeded the purchase price of the three pairs of shoes that I purchased for my grandson. Had I realized this upfront, I would not have purchased. I didn’t open the shoes but from what I can see they were cute.

I ordered 3-4 weeks ago 3 pairs of baby shoes different sizes and all arrived with the wrong size. I sent
them e-mails about wrong size for my order and they replied after 3 days, this is the answer: "Unfortunately, we don't provide a return label.
If the package is received, there is no physical damage to the products and for other reasons you would still like a refund, the return shipping cost will be covered by the customer. If in the case, the products are received and the products are damaged in any way, we will cover the return shipping cost in full.We can also offer a 20% discount or a free pair. You can keep the original item you received. By this, you will avoid the inconvenience of returning the merchandise since the return costs might be too pricey for you. You may keep it, donate it, give it to a family or friend's little one, or whichever you see fit."
This doesn't solve the problem of the 3 pairs that I have and cannot use because they are to small. Also they use the expensive return policy to scare you into accepting what they offer you.
It's not my fault that I received all pairs of shoes wrong size. I tried to write a review on their official website but they don't let me. On their website, they only post good reviews to attract buyers and say that for any problem they are available 7 days a week and their priority is to make the customers happy. This is on their website: "Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, we are proud to offer a 90 Day Money-Back Guarantee. We understand sizing may be a concern for you, but do not worry, we will ensure your little one ends up with the correct size!If for whatever reason you receive the shoes and aren't satisfied, please reach out to us and we will be sure to resolve the situation in a manner you're happy with."
These are only lies.
Honestly, after my experience with them, I don't recommend anyone to order from them unless you want to take the risk of losing money and receive the wrong size for your shoes.

I bought 2 pairs of slipper socks for my granddaughter. They arrived but unfortunately did not stay on her feet. I was bummed because they were really well made and very cute. I contacted customer service to initiate a refund, which was approved. I decided instead of returning the items I would donate to a local family shelter. I informed the customer service department of my decision. They offered me another free pair! I was quit surprised and gladly accepted. I usually do not write reviews, but I was so impressed by the amazing customer service I received. Great job 2 Tiny Feet!

Total scam. They ship directly from china which means they just drop ship the product. Purchased in November and it’s been over a month and have yet to receive my item. It got lost in the mail and they won’t do anything to help. Save your money and purchase directly from Ali express. There is a reason they don’t have their reviews on Facebook showing.

This company is a scam! We purchased our first pair for our little one and they are nothing similar to socks. The cloth portion is hard and uncomfortable. When reaching out for a return/refund I am told I would need to send the shoes back to CHINA!!! Which costs more than the shoes! Definitely filing a complaint with the BBC and posting this everywhere so other families don't get scammed too!

cute shoes, seem decently made. shipping took a while but it wasnt too big of a deal since they disclose that ahead of time. customer concerns take about a day to respond due to the time difference but all my concerns were answered adequately.

Amending an earlier review to reflect accuracy. While I still would not recommend due to the customer service experience we had and will not be purchasing here again, the company did eventually respond to my request for refund and give further tracking information as requested, it just took my going to social media for them to do so; ultimately while frustrated, I must admit they did give back the money for the product I did not receive.

The shoes are good and my baby loves them but unfortunately one pair came with a bit black mark on them and the customer service had been terrible. They are expecting me to cover the return cost, to China, when I received a faulty product. Really disappointing and because of that I definitely wouldn’t recommend, there are plenty of similar products out there.

Love these shoes. My toddler loves wearing them and they’re the easiest shoes to put on. The one shoe got a hole in it from my dog and they’re sending a free replacement. Great company, great shoes!

The shoes are poor quality and will not stay on my child's feet.

The soles are not flexible as advertised, and I doubt podiatrists recommend these shoes.

The company requires you to pay for return shipping - all the way to China! It is more expensive to return the shoes than to purchase them full price.

Very disappointed - I will not be duped again.

I bought these sneakers for my granddaughter who is 1 year old and just started walking. They are perfect!!
Don’t hesitate to buy these. The quality is excellent!!
I Need to buy more!!!
