Fantastic knowledgeable service. We felt reassured and guided to products that fit out requirements and budget. We've had great post purchase service and feel welcome to drop a message on WhatsApp or go into the shop and ask questions.

The delivery directly from supplier took longer than expected and wrong item was sent for part of the delivery.

Tiny feet had this item in their showroom and very kindly delivered theirs and assembled within 48 hours which I was so grateful for as I went into early labour 4 days later. We couldn’t wait for Obaby to resolve as we were a against the clock and had baby nursery to build & stock! And tiny feet delivered an already assembled chest which was MASSIVE help and took away the incorrect items.

Things go wrong, human errors happen but when a business rectifies with haste - it makes the experience so much better. Great customer service and lovely staff! And they price matched, great company!

Absolute 5 star service in the Putney shop. Felt very well looked after, no question was a bother, and the owner spent a lot of time with me without rushing. We chose to pick up the pram and accessories in store and he even installed the car seat for us. Highly highly recommend!

My wife wanted a specific carriage and I live in the US and they only sell this in England. I contacted many stores no one was really interested in helping me besides Tiny Feet UK. They really did a good job getting me exactly what I needed and really really fast. they were really really on top of me. I don’t even know if it was worth it for them to have a US customer make them so crazy, but they took all the time and I asked them 1 million questions and they calmly answered everything nicely and politely I would recommend them to everyone. I don’t remember having such a good customer service in other stores and I’m a hard one to satisfy.
Regarding the ordering and shipping, I ordered it on a Friday and had the carriage in the United States in less than a week which is crazy most places will tell you it takes eight weeks. I was really really impressed that they were able to provide such service. You can only get something like that with heart which they really care about the customers.

Even though we were ordering a niche pram (a double Mountain Buggy), which needed to be specially ordered, Shezhad went above and beyond. He spoke directly with his contacts and gave us excellent advice, making sure we fully understood the ins and outs of our purchase.

There was a slight delay with the order arriving, but Shezhad kept us informed and went out of his way to help us get everything set up as soon as it arrived.

We had been to 4 other big chain shops prior to finding Tiny Feet and had felt overwhelmed and ignored by sales assistants. We then went to Tiny Feet and it was a totally different experience. We actually received personal service and guidance and our pram arrived and was delivered within a few days of ordering it. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

I had such a great experience at Tiny Feet in Putney. I went in to try buggies for my toddler and was genuinely impressed by their showroom — they even have simulation flooring that mimics real outdoor surfaces, which made it so much easier to compare how each pram handles in real life.

Shehzad was brilliant. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and never pushy. He took the time to understand what my son needed and helped me choose the most suitable buggy, as well as the safest car seat for him. His advice felt genuinely tailored rather than sales‑driven, which I really appreciated.

If you’re a parent looking for expert guidance and the chance to properly test out prams and baby products, I’d highly recommend visiting Tiny Feet.

I bought from them over 2 years ago and the guy was so friendly, not pushy but very knowledgeable and recommended according to what i was looking for. Recently i had an issue with the safety buckle which was my own fault (i pulled the strap part completely out and couldnt attach the buckle back on) I contacted tiny feet and he got onto the supplier and had me a new buckle attached to the strap, ordered and sent next day at no cost to me whatsoever.

We went in with a only a vague idea of what we needed in a pram, but came out with exactly what we needed. The owner took lots of time to help us and demo different prams, he really knows his stuff!

We went to the store in Putney looking to test out prams (we had a shortlist of 3 models). The owner got all the models out for us to test, as well as suggesting an additional one we hadn’t seen before based on our needs (e.g. tall handle). He was very thorough in demonstrating and explaining the pros and cons of every model, without us feeling at all pressured to buy. In the end, we bought the model he had introduced to us and we couldn’t be happier. It was a great customer experience.

Very good experience! Shahzad the store owner personally guided me to choose items for my new born. Gave some boxing day discount as well. I am looking for long term usage of the product and purchasing more product as my baby grows. It is conveniently located at Putney High St.

We went in thinking we had a rough idea of what we wanted for our pram and car seat - but left completely confident we’d made the right choice thanks to the most honest, knowledgeable, and patient advice we’ve had anywhere. The owner really knows his stuff, not just about the “big” brands, but about what actually performs best after you buy it - things like safety test results, quality of materials, and even the volume of warranty claims across different brands. You can tell straight away that everything in the store has been curated, not just stocked.

What really stood out is how refreshingly honest the guidance was. There was never any pressure to go for the flashiest or most expensive option - in fact, he helped us rule out things we didn’t actually need or would probably never use. It was all about finding what genuinely suited our lifestyle, rather than being marketed to.

The in-store setup is brilliant too - they’ve got a special test area in the middle where you can push the prams over different surfaces (gravel, grass, etc), so you actually feel how they handle in real-world conditions. It sounds like a small thing, but it makes a huge difference and gives you proper confidence in your choice.

On top of all that, nothing was too much effort. Every question was answered with patience and genuine care, and you really get the sense that he’s passionate about helping parents make informed, confident decisions - not just selling products.

We left feeling like we’d discovered a bit of a hidden gem. If you’re expecting or looking for baby gear and want expert, trustworthy advice rather than sales talk, Tiny Feet Putney is the place to go. Couldn’t recommend it more highly!

THIS COMPANY TINY FEET HAVE NO RESPECT FOR RESIDENTS WHO DONOT WANT THEIR LETTERBOXES INSULTED THAT TIME IN THE MORNING 6AM AND ALSO THE SLAMMING OF FRONT GARDEN GATES.
IF I WANT A WAKE-UP CALL I HAVE AN ALARM CLOCK.

When I ordered my bugaboo fox 5 I would've given 5 stars but the aftercare service was APPALLING!!
I needed a new rear wheel and got only once a response with zero follow up.
I have been waiting 3 months to get an answer which means that I could not use my buggy for 3 months.
I regret recommending Tiny feet buggies to my friends and family!
It is so upsetting to spend so much money and receive no customer service. If I would've ordered from Bugaboo directly I would've had a 3+ year guarantee. I am very very disappointed!
