Well I have to say, we were impressed with Mark and how easy he is to deal with, the purchase of our new (to us) car was smooth and very efficient, the car on collection was clean and smelling lovely.
We are no strangers to cars 🤦🏻‍♀️ and were wary initially, but Mark changed our minds (only about this particular garage I might add) and I’d recommend to others and I have a feeling we’ll be back.

Part exchanged my E92 325D to them on a 2017 Leon FR and couldn’t have been smoother!
Mark was excellent from the minute I mate the enquiry on autotrader until on the day when I drove away in my new Leon.
My old E92 was a 14 year old car so wasn’t new by any means, but he didn’t knock anything off on the day and stuck to their offer on it.
Few small marks on the Leon but knocked plenty off to get it sorted! (And a longer premium warranty!)
Felt very welcomed when we got there, got plenty of time to look around the car and test drive it on some local roads, was overall a perfect experience.

I saw a BMW X5 for sale with this garage. It was everything I was looking for, all the extras, fantastic service history, ideal. Unfortunately I have very limited spare time to travel and see the car so I asked if they would do a video and give me a brutally honest look at everything including imperfections and negative points. The video was great and I had the car delivered within a few days. Fantastic service and highly recommended.

Buying a car can be a daunting process for some people, I get that.
I have dealt with (& tolerated) numerous car dealers over the years, sometimes for hours on end 🤦‍♂️ but don't fear, the moment you meet Mark, he is instantly likeable, approachable, welcoming & above all, straight & honest 👏

We had had a few WhatsApps prior to my visit so the ice had already been broken - not withstanding that, Mark is a genuinely decent guy 👍

I had 2 cars to part-ex on a stunning VRS Octavia estate. I had 2 prices in my head - I'm realistic lol - 1 price was what I wanted & 1 was what I expected 😉 Mark had a price too lol

Bottom line - we got there, no dramas, no hard sell, no playing games & going round in circles! 👍
Deal done quickly, probably the best experience of buying a car I've had in 35+ years 👏

After seeing the car advertised on Auto Trader, I rang up to organise a viewing, I live an hour away and it was already late in the day, Mark said not to worry as he would hang on till I got there, the car was a beaut and at a good price,a quick test drive and my mind was made up and secured it with a deposit. This was my first time buying a car so obviously I was a tad nervous. Mark was there every step of the way reassuring me,he had to deal with so many questions via whattsapp from me of which he always replied swiftly, nothing was too much trouble for him,he organised the car to delivered to my home, he said it would be with me at 9am and true to word it arrived bang on 9am!
