I bought a car from Mark and had excellent service, really felt I could trust the man which is not only rear these days but especially in the car industry. There was a fault with the car ivwas going to buy and he sorted it out for me no quibbles just wanted the car to be right. Can't praise high enough

Bought a Nissan Juke as a distance sale, so never actually saw the car until it was delivered to me. But Mark kindly made me a video beforehand, and was very available to answer any questions via WhatsApp.
It arrived spotless inside and out, even better than expected for a 7 year old car and I've been loving driving it. A couple of incredibly minor issues (speaker not working and aircon out of gas) which Mark came back to me very quickly on with a solution (as I'm almost 200 miles away it's not as straightforward as just taking to them!).

Due to my first ever car (57 plate) failing MOT massively and needing more work than it’s worth, I decided to look for a more modern car for my second. I stumbled across a lovely little Citroen C1 (2017) with very low milage, so I popped over to 2us4cars and was greeted with Mark. Mark was so friendly, funny and really easy to chat too. The car is lovely inside and out and came with full service history, RAC warranty and 12 months breakdown cover. Everything you’d want!

I was just looking around for a cheap runabout when i stopped by 2us4cars. Spotted an estate to fit the bill. Had a chat with Mark, and within minutes off on a test drive. Great communication from start to finish,as we were negotiating a px for my vehicle. I was sceptical as I had to drive 2 hours to pick up my new car and I thought that Mark the owner would try to renegotiate the price as I'd driven quite far. Professional and Reliable, friendly and helpful service

This is an update to the one I posted on the 18th of August this year. 10 days after receiving the Evoque, the driver side back door would not open and there was a drain on the battery (it went flat after 3 days).
they took the car back, had it for a week said it was fixed. Door worked fine, but 5 other problems appeared, radio would not work, could not play a disc, could not link my phone, reversing alarm did not work and the reversing screen stayed on. I informed them of this, we exchanged E-mails and phone calls it started getting unpleasant, in the end I asked what they were going to do about it, I have not had a reply since the 24/09/2023. Is now 14/10/2023.

What a pleasant experience, no spiel, no pressure selling which immediately puts you in a comfortable, relaxed position. Clearly very experienced and honest which is exactly what you hope to find when purchasing a used vehicle.
Mark, the Salesperson helping me, appears to treat all his customers as if they were there for a new Bentley no matter the value of the vehicle and as I was there to part exchange my old jalopy did everything to ensure a fair and happy outcome for both parties with patience and good humour.
Well done 2us4cars! this service is undoubtedly the reason you have been trading for close on 40 years.

I bought ab Audi S5 from these guys back in July which unfortunately had some issues (To no fault of these guys) and had to be returned. Mark and Jordan were brilliant in resolving the issue, and I left with another Audi the same day I took the S5 back.
