Amar arrived early to our property in Moseley today (13th Dec 2020) and was simply amazing. Went about the problem finding and solving extremely systematically explaining the what and the why all along.

Brilliant Service! A gentleman from Vivid Design and Build Ltd attended my property on Thursday evening to a home insurance emergency for a water leak. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, helpful and extremely polite. Job sorted in a very short time and he also gave me advice to ensure such a problem never happens again. Full marks, would highly recommend him and the company to anyone

Knowledgeable, helpful & trustworthy - Amar came following an emergency via the Insurers. He got on with the job and helped my elderly parents ti get their water running again & make the property safe. Parents had no support from the insurers prior ss they were left in limbo not knowing what was happening. Amar shared his experience/expertice & provided advice & guidance about what to do especially considering they were vulnerable.
