My elderly mother, dealt with Sophie in the matter of her will and power of attorney. Sophie was very clear and concise in explaining things to my mother and very pleasant and professional in her manner. Thankyou.

I had my will updated by Daniella in 2023. The whole process was explained to me clearly including the cost.
Daniella was extremely approachable, efficient and patient.
Their receptionist are also to commended

We recently met with Sophie Prescott to update our Wills & set up Power of Attorney documents.
Sophie was brilliant, she did a thorough factfind at the initial appointment with just myself (partner couldn't attend). I came away with all the information and then we both attended to sign the documents.
Complete transparency with regard to fees and timescales.
Would highly recommend Sophie.

We have used this legal firm a couple of times over the last few years regarding my mothers estate. They have assisted my mother in writing her will, power of attorney and recently adding a letter to mums will. Ceri who we dealt with most recently was so professional and knowledgeable, she has a lovely personality which made my 92 year old mum feel very comfortable. She listened to my mothers wishes and was so respectful and lovely with her which made an awkward issue a lot easier and got the job done.
It was a pleasure to deal with such a professional but sensitive young lady she is a credit to the firm and I'm sure she will do very well in her career as she's got the balance just right.

The guys were very knowledgable, courteous and prompt. All enquiries were answered on the same day and all tasks completed within set timescales. Expensive exercise but worth every penny. Very thorough when on home visit and all aspects including costs fully explained. Highly recommend these legal eagles.

Our dealings were with Nicole Watts who gave clear explanation of options and cost.

Aware our Wills were not fit for achieving the best for our beneficiaries, thankfully we were referred Ruth Heap of HM3 Legal. Living in Devon a Zoom meeting was arranged by our daughter. The whole process of moulding highly professional advice to our wishes at a fair fixed price has been a smooth one which included prompt responses to enquiries when necessary.

The trainee solicitor Sophie Prescott was first class ,she took great care to explain everything to us, didn't push us into things we didn't want and made the whole process very comfortable .I will use this company again because of Sophie

I used HM Legal in 2021 and 2022 to sort out my child arrangement order.
Graham acted for me and I have also dealt with Jennifer.
What I likes about this company is there was no pressure to ask the courts for anymore than what had been agreed between me and my ex partner, they simply carried out what I had asked for. Graham was always available on the phone and would assure me when I got anxious about things. As a single dad who was very nervous about the court process and was convinced I could lose my daughter, it was great to have these guys behind me. From me and Erin thabkyou so much for making our life together certain.

We had our wills updated in September 2022. The legal advisor that came to our home excellent. She clearly clearly explained the process in detail such as costs, the legal process and tailoring the wills to suit our needs. She was extremely pleasant and approachable. She kept us informed all what was going to happen throughout the process and informed us if she was delayed the appointment with us. I would totally recommend HM Legal services, a professional and efficient company.
