Awful. I had nose threads which were poorly placed, rushed and way too many were inserted that it ended up wonky. She initially told me it was swelling but even after a few weeks my nose was still crooked. She did offer to add more threads but I absolutely no longer trusted her skill at this point so refused. There was no apology or refund. I’m just hoping the threads dissolve soon. Avoid.

I got poorly done lip fillers here. My lips were disproportionate, misplaced and ducky. I contacted the practitioner and told her i was not happy with the results , attached images showing the evidence and she made an appointment to see the issue. When i arrived the lady had a completely different attitude to when i initially met her. She's nice as long as you don't have an issue. I told her i want my lips to be dissolved and she kept denying that there was an issue and insisted my lips were fine even though it was clearly not and everyone i know can vouch that i had poorly done fillers. I told her i had a doctor assess my lips and confirmed that my lips were poorly filled. She became irritated and insulted the doctor even though his work is amazing and he's actually a qualified doctor while she is not.

She was very rude , patronising , had a rude look on her face and was looking me up and down with attitude all because i wanted the filler dissolved. She kept interrupting me and said everything is fine repeatedly and told me to leave . I was very calm , only upset and i ended up crying because of how unsatisfied i was and how i was being treated. She obviously could care less as all she cares about is the money. I had to stand my ground to get fillers dissolved.

Shes not a qualified doctor however charges almost the same prices as those who are far more competent and have the actual experience and qualifications to administer these product. She cannot handle unsatisfied customers , clearly very narcissistic as she expects things to go her way or she will insist that you leave. Very rude to tell me to leave when all i wanted was my fillers dissolved. I explained i travelled over an hour to get here and she still could not care less. It was also 28 degrees and she had no empathy and care for me . All she wanted was for me to leave so she couldn't deal with the repercussions of her poor work.

When she did my fillers i waited an hour to see her and she never apologised or even came out to check or greet me. Terrible customer service. Save your money. I should have done more research on her work , don't be fooled by the photoshopped pictures look at the videos of her customers. She botches people up and refused to take accountability and help you.
