Had some trouble with my auto dart yesterday and Jason took me through every step to resolve the issue and now it working like a dream

Absolutely amazing experience again. I ordered the pc yesterday afternoon and it was delivered today before 11 am, and best of all it was free delivery

I recently purchased an auto darts system, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The product itself is top-notch, accurate, smooth, and really elevates the game to a whole new level. Whether you’re just practicing or playing competitively, it delivers consistent performance every time.

But what really made this purchase stand out was the incredible customer service from Jason. He was helpful from the very beginning answering all my questions promptly and making sure I had all the information I needed. Jason went above and beyond to ensure everything was set up properly and working as expected. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in the customer’s experience.

Giving this guy a review on my birthday, not only did he help me set the whole thing up, when I got a new board for my birthday he even then took 15 minutes out his day to set up this new board aswell free of charge! What a guy, would definitely recommend

What a fantastic experience purchasing my new autodarts mini PC from 3D Auto darts Uk. Delivery quick, price very competitive , kit fantastic, after sales experience second to none. I was curious about cameras for my board after seeing various options all in the £500 or more range. As a beginner I thought nevermind. Then I heard about Autodarts. There are a few subscription apps out there that claim to be accurate, but nothing will beat dedicated cameras and (proper) mounts. I discovered 3D Auto Darts and a lot of praise for Jason and lively community on their Facebook group. I decided to take a punt and for £140 I’m up and running with good quality cameras and mounts on my Winmau Plasma light ring and Blade 6 board connected up to my pc.

There is an extension for Google chrome which makes the Autodarts software considerably better and more intuitive (they should really just integrate it) so that is highly recommended as it also makes it more fun and I don’t need to spend another penny.

I did have a few issues with getting one of the arms onto the light ring and also 2 of the 3 mounts wouldn’t let me slide the cameras in as there was a bit too much plastic in the way (defect from 3d print i assume), but I overcame these problems with some patience. I have given 5 stars simply because I know despite the minor niggles in setup that I would have no doubts I would get a replacement arm or support from the group and Jason if I ultimately needed it.

Communication and delivery was excellent from Jason and he even sent me a little video clip saying my kit was on the way and double checking my address was correct.

Well done Jason and co, I’m a happy bunny now and the best thing is it’s making me learn darts more, enjoy it more and play more. Win win!
