Still no delivery after 4 weeks

4 weeks after my purchase, I still didn't receive my parcel.
Tracking revealed that the parcel was shipped to Belgium via PostNL.
But PostNL lost it. So the fault is with PostNL and not 3DO.
But PostNL does not communicate with end customers and ordered me to contact 3DO because they need to investigate with PostNL where my parcel is.
And there is a major problem with 3DO: after several emails and requests via the customer contact entry on their website, there is no single reaction from them.
Even a telephone contact is not possible because it is an answering machine, only in Danish, which is cut after a few seconds.
However, they do read reviews on Trustpilot.
I placed a 2 star review last week on this same issue which was answered within 2 hours, just to say that they didn't received an email from me.
I used the exact email address from their website.
I was a regular customer with 3DO. Their products are good, but if something goes wrong you are on your own hitting a concrete wall.
Not good, 3DO, 1 star.

Our carrier has declared this as lost and will cover the order, we therefor issued a full refund for this order.

I ordered 3 weeks ago

I ordered 3 weeks ago, still no movement, I contacted the service but they do not give me any alternative but waiting. Their website however, promised a delivery in 3-5 working days.
