3erp was an amazing help for us! They provided incredible communication and support, and went out of their way to solve a shipping mishap they were not responsible for. Their bespoke and rapid manufacturing services allowed us to complete our project on time and ahead of schedule.

My order arrived much earlier than expected and I was honestly and truly blown away by the incredible quality of the prototype!! 3ERP has extremely high standards when it comes to quality and their machinists are incredibly talented!! It was a bit expensive, but now I understand why, because it was worth every cent!! I will be looking into more and more creations to have this company make me very soon! Working with them has been nothing other than a complete and total pleasure every step of the way. Their approach to customer service is truly remarkable, I mainly communicated with a woman named Tina and I can honestly say she was beyond helpful in breaking down all the different options and materials to find exactly what I needed and as close to my budget as possible. Her communication was always very quick and very positive from the first time we spoke, and now that I have seen in person the quality of 3ERP manufacturing, I highly doubt that I would even consider going elsewhere in the future. I almost never leave reviews, but I had to take a second and tell everyone just how amazing I think Tina and her team are and how pleasant my experience with them has been. I truly appreciate all of their hard work, their stellar customer service, and the product quality that goes above and beyond what anyone could expect until they see it in person. If you are looking for the services they offer, I guarantee you will not be disappointed! Hands down the most all around positive business experience I have ever had, even though I am a single man that placed a small order and not some giant corporation with endless funds for spending, I was treated like a top priority the whole way. Take my word for it, stop searching and just go with 3ERP!!

Prompt analysis and fabrication with excellent customer support.

I buy from 4-5 different CN. suppliers, the quality and service from 3erp is great. The communication is fast and concise, the quality is so good, I don't bother to inspect the shipments anymore. Most of all, the production time is always fast, from the time I order, to delivery is amazing. I should also mention the pricing, very fair for the level of quality, I wish all suppliers were this good. I highly recommend them, Kent, the rep I use is especially good.

The manufactured part was made exactly as specified. It arrived carefully packaged. There was an assigned project manager, who communicated well with me.

We had the chance to work with 3erp through Eko and the experience was far better than anything we could've expected. Our team was designing a custom sample holder with many small intricate parts (all < 1cm, with +/- 0.05mm precision being most common). We do physics research in a university lab setting so the volumes we needed were very low. Due to both our low volume need and the high technical demand, many companies we reached out to turned down our request altogether, or said that they would not be able to meet our precision requirements.

Compared to other alternatives (from the United States), 3erp was able to quote us at better than 1/2 the price and 1/3 the leadtime of our next best offers, and all of the parts received worked as intended right away. Furthermore, communication with Eko was effortless, and I very rarely if ever had to wait more than 24 hours for a response. Eko and the 3erp team also gave us helpful feedback on our design several times, which was great considering our lack of engineering experience / expertise. I would strongly recommend 3erp to any potential customers in similar situations - our experience with them was truly exceptional.

They where very easy to deal with, good communication and was kept in the loop the whole way through. Parts ordered showed up 5 days before the promised delivery date.
Parts look good, will be inspecting them tomorrow to confirm they are correct but on first glance it looks like it supposed to be

Had a great experience using 3ERP for our prototyping manufacturing needs. From the onset, had very fast reply to my original quote request, and from there they continued with a high level of engagement and communication throughout the quoting and production process. The pricing was very fair, and the end products delivered were of high quality, and most importantly kept within the dimensional tolerances required for our products. We had them build five different products, three different manufacturing types/materials. One was an aluminum extrusion profile which was then cut to size and anodized to our color of choice, one was an ABS vacuum cast that then had brass heat staked threaded inserts added, and the other was a rubber vacuum cast for a custom profile gasket. All turned perfectly, and they were delivered on time! I will continue to use 3ERP for our prototype/low volume production needs.
