They Will Not Allow You To Order A Different Size Other Than Your Last Order!
So I'm NOT returning a shirt, I just wanted TO BUY MORE! However, I wanted a different size different from what I ordered 3 years, 1 year and 2 months ago. Fyi, I did the try all three keep the right size and return the other two, or keep all, routine.
But this is the email I got back from Customer Service:
"Wouldn't get caught up in the Letters and Numbers too much though.
But you have already tried the fits between the i4 and i6 and sent them back... so that further confirms the i4 and i6 are you fits!"
If I'm running the business, I would say, "ok, we know how our body changes overtime, don't worry we'll send you the sizes that you returned so you can try them again" and ORDER MORE!!!
My advice, if you're thinking of buying this shirt. Don't gain or loss weight because they don't want you to order the size that's different from your last!

Very disappointed
They discolor really quickly....like really quickly
I bought six of their shirts three months ago.
They fit great and were generally comfortable. No problems there.
But they just don't stand up. I've worn the black t-shirt I bought six times and it is no longer recognizable as black. It kind of has an orange undertone to it at this point and has faded beyond recognition.
These shirts aren't expensive, but I do expect them to perform better than the 10 wears you get out of an H&M t-shirt.
But unfortunately they don't. Won't be buying again.

Beware! The tshirts seem good but wear out after the first wash. The one I have washed 4 times is now rolling up from the bottom. Color fading out is normal. On to of that, their return process is extremely misleading. You have to pay for returns and even then, they give you credits not a refund to the original payment method. In today's world, if that is your policy, be explicit about it so us customers dont feel cheated. What am I going to do with $100 in credits when I do not like the tshirts any more?
Advertised future credit may be a scam
3fit promotes the customer paying an extra fee to keep all three shirts in the initial âfittingâ package with the promise that the customer will have a $30 credit toward future orders. When I went online to order more of the fit that I had chosen, it was out of stock. Customer Service promised to email me when it became available again, but that was over a month ago. Follow up emails have been unanswered. Maybe they are out of business.

Pretty surprised at all of the negative customer service reviews, to be honest. So let me tell you about my experience with these shirts. First of all, I wear t-shirts ALL OF THE TIME, so I consider myself a t-shirt Connoisseur. I own very expensive dress t-shirts down to lowly everyday cheap wear. I stumbled on 3 Fit about a year ago, and their fit process, and followup customer service was excellent. Picked teeshirt size I wanted, sent the others back, order a new batch, and all was well. Now about the shirts - The shirts are stitched better than most other very expensive t's, the 100% cotton version is thick, subtle, soft, and even after a half dozen washings still look terrific. Wanna tell the quality of a well put together t-shirt? Iron it. See how it lays out, how clean the armpit stitching is, whether it pulls in any direction when flat. Poor quality stuff bunches up at the collar, around the armpit section, and across the body. Personally, I love the feel and quality of 3 Fit Theory, and for the price you simply can't find a better made T-shirt.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. The three shirts they sent were too tight, ok, shouldnât be a problem according to their advertising. I paid an ârefit fee of $6â, explained that all three shirts are too small and that I sent all three back, their response was wear and wash the i13 size a few more times and let us know what you think. Hello, I just said I sent all three back to you! I guess I was too rude to them and they havenât emailed me back yet. What a waste of money, buyer beware.

If I could show you the screenshots from his email and messages to me, youâd be astonished and wouldnât want to do business with this guy. I went to order a couple shirts to try them. I forgot that I tried them a couple years ago, apparently returned them, and because I did that he no longer will allow me to buy products from his company. Then he banned me from his Instagram account. I just want everybody to know what kind of business person this is and that itâs not worth spending the money. There are too many other options out there.
Terrible Product and Service
The people at the company are rude, condescending, and refuse to accommodate you with anything. Sizes are absurd. The medium fits like a small from any other brand and all three sizes didn't fit. Then, they charge you to try on other sizes. If you have any kind of muscle in your chest it will be skin tight. So basically it cost me $10 to find out that their product and their service are garbage.
Also, check out the discrepancy in reviews. You can tell which reviews they curate an which they don't'.

I had a great experience with this company. They sent me three shirts as promised â I returned two and ended up ordering 12 more in the size that fit best. I also reached out to customer service to ask about the pocket T-shirts only being available in black, white, and grey. They responded quickly and were super helpful. The shirts feel and fit amazing. Iâll definitely be ordering from them again!
Over rated. Over priced. NO customer service.
Bad customer service would be a step up for 3FIT Theory. Do not expect them to provide customer service if there's anything you don't like about your t-shirts once you receive them. I place a sizeable order and upgraded to the one year premium shipping. There was one t-shirt i didn't like and wanted to exchange it for another color. Here's the response from their customer support team who is one person: "Hey, is it really that big of a deal? It's one shirt at $16.50. You can post it back to us to switch it out... but with postage, you'd end up losing money over a minor shade difference."
For the couple of bucks it would have cost them to stand by their brand they lost a customer for life which they could care less about. Customer service at its best...
My husband subscribed to the programâŠ
My husband subscribed to the program last July. He.originally liked the program, styles of shirts, and colors available.
However, the hem of one of the T-shirts became unraveled. I have sent a minimum of 4 to 5 emails to the company over the past 6 to 8 months hoping for a replacement product.
There has been no reply despite their website saying replies are within one to two days.
There is no phone number to contact the company as well.
We are extremely disappointed in Customer Service and do not plan to continue with their program.
Horrible customer service and hidden fee
Canât get anyone to call me. Everything had to be done through email. They finally tell me in Their opinion they should just refund me. Only then do I find out there is a $10 non-refundable fitting charge.

Fits pretty well
Fits pretty well. I really like how snug it is around your neck. I've purchased a few times so far and the only thing i think they could improve on the fit is make the sleeves a little tighter around the arms. Don't like how they can flare out a bit. Price is ok

Bad Return Policy, Website is Indescript
Instagram ad which sounds fantastic - 'custom' shirts based on your size. Great. How much? $30 initially with $17 shirts in the future.
You might think 'that's great. I can find a shirt that fits and keep ordering more in the future.'
That wasn't the case for me.
The website seems intuitive. But it's kinda.. not. Nothing about returns or details on the process if say for instance your shirts.. don't fit.
My case, I'm a tall XL which depending on fashion brand may push me to an XXL.
I get these shirts - no where even close to fitting. All these shirts are closer to an XXXL than to an XL Tall. The fabric is also sub par to say the least. If I was shopping for shirts, there's no way I'd take any of these shirts off the hanger.
I reach out by replying to my order email. I'm given two options. Return everything and let them keep $10 of the $30 I paid. Or.. pay an extra $6. Why do they keep $10, for a 'fitting fee.' Soooo.. you put your info into a website and thus they are entitled to $10 of your money when their product does not align to the sizing you entered into their bogus system.
Or you pay $36 and HOPE they get it right the second time... which is really the fifth time as they send you three different sizes to start then two more sizes later.
Navigating their website is a bit ridiculous. It's all about sizing, not being able to find any details on their return policy until you scroll down one of the longest websites I've ever seen.
Long story short, their product didn't fit based off their sizing system. I'm either out $36 with a shirt that might or might not fit. Or $10 for nothing.
