Ok let’s start with the reason of 4 and not 5. I did email them about the sizing and I never got a response. I did however order anyway. I ordered 2 tops. 1 was out of stock so they immediately refunded and they did email and tell me this. So the one remaining top came, it was too small so I sent it back and within 4 hours of them receiving it they refunded me and sent me an email thanking me for the custom and telling me it was refunded. The shirts are genuine and I’ve honestly no problem dealing with them again. They process and deliver quickly and the shirts are genuine. In a world of fake shirts and dodgy companies these guys are refreshing.

Ordered Tuesday, came Thursday. Good price, product came exactly as specified.

Dodgy company, ordered a T shirt and cancelled it they said they issued a refund and it never was cancelled I contacted them 5 times and they said they issued refund so letting PayPal deal with them (who i used to pay) after 5 days they even ignored paypal team, AVOID these clowns.

Ordered top at 11.30am, was despatched at 2.30pm the same day and arrived the next day - I did pay for next day delivery but can’t complain with how quickly it was dispatched and delivered!

Top didn’t end up fitting me so sent it back. Got a prompt refund later the day they received it.

Can’t complain at all and would use again!

Zero communication efforts, customer service none existent.

Top price for a racking top. Ordered 8pm on a Wednesday and arrived 11am Friday. Typiclgood Score Draw top. Very impressed.

I tried to order 3 shirts and a training jacket. I chose the option of payment via my prime account. Order didn't appear to go through so tried again. This went through then checked bank and 30 mins later was now showing 2 payments AMOUNTING TO £300
so I requested both to 3Retro and prime to cancel 1 of the orders and to refund the payment had no reply in 24 hours so resent a plea for an update to which later that day I got an email from prime to say both orders had been canceled two days past no emails etc spoke to prime they said its 3retro that will issue the payment chase 3retro again no answer contacted prime again they said 3retro policy on refunding payment can take upto 30 days 🙄 still no reply order placed 25th May today is 10th June still not 1 communication from 3retro stay well clear

Only getting 1 star as I can't give less.
Placed order on 13th Jan and payed extra for express delivery of 1-2 days so expected to receive by Thursday or Friday at the latest. It was for a birthday party on the Saturday.
Hadn't received by the Friday so emailed to ask if delivery would be on Saturday - no response !
Emailed again on Monday to say I wanted to cancel as they had not met there commitment to deliver in 1-2 days - no response !
Parcel delivered to me on Tuesday - after 7 days not 1-2 days, another email sent and as yet still no response!!!
Terrible customer service with no communication at all.

wrong invoice declairement so i should pay 1000 dkr , 120 pound in vat to get my parcel

Excellent customer service. Ordered a retro tracksuit top for a Christmas present unfortunately it was too small. Returned and replaced for the correct size within 3 days. Fantastic service

Ordered a retro england shirt, the shirt arrived damaged and when I contacted 3 retro they never even had the decency to reply so I had to open a case via ebay 2 get my refund and even I had to pay the return postage so I was £5 out of pocket. Beware and read the reviews.

Taken order. taken payment. Order not received. 'Proof' of delivery laughable. Since questioning the proof of delivery they won't respond and no refund received. Essentially they are thieves...

Arrived quickly in the timeframe it said it would be, really impressed with the quality of the shirt.. would highly recommend

I need to say a big thank you to 3Retro for their outstanding service afforded to me recently.I purchased a retro England 1970 World Cup shirt .Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size so had to return it . I emailed 3Retro who replied within hours with a solution .I returned the shirt and within a week of posting it I now have this great quality England shirt to wear . Thanks again 3 Retro and you will definitely have my recommendation going forward..kind regards Ronnie Brazier

Beware and read the reviews before using this company! They sent a damaged shirt and then don’t reply to queries! Shocking service but quick to take your money! After just reading the reviews now I see it is a common theme!

I returned a Scotland shirt to 3Retro over three weeks ago via Royal Mail recorded delivery, paying for the tracking myself. Despite this, I still haven’t received my refund.

I’ve contacted their customer service multiple times, but their responses have been incredibly slow, with no clear update on when I’ll get my money back. A refund should not take this long! Their returns and refund process needs serious improvement.

Ordered a birthday present for my nephew.

Great quality shirt, arrived within a couple of days.

Couldn't fault it, will order again for Xmas.

Bought a retro shirt for my son's birthday. After one wash the flocked sponsor lettering has started to peel off. I can't get in touch with them to try and get a refund/replacement. Have tried via website, Facebook and Instagram

Awful. Size guide a mile off. Paid £5 for delivery and £5.99 to return. Expensive to try a shirt on that wasn’t advertised as received. Still waiting for my refund! 7 working days to refund……really! No reply to emails.
