** - UPDATE This arrived yesterday before 10am which I thought was very good service. The only thing that let's this company is the lack of confirmation email and no tracking for your delivery.**

Is this company legit? I've made a purchase and received no email confirmation or tracking number for next day delivery of the shirt I have bought. The money has been taken from my account as I've checked, the number doesn't work and there's no way of checking online about your order. Getting worried after reading some of the reviews.

Purchased the wrong shirt and requested a refund, the response from customer service was sent within 5 minutes of me asking, and a full refund was given back.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a shirt had no email confirmation when ordered. The customer service details do not exist any emails bounce back. Phone number does not exist.
Save your money go elsewhere.

Ordered a retro England top for husband , the decided to add a Scotland one onto my order for my dad . Customer service were quick to reply and cancel my original order so I could replace with both shirts . Fast delivery . Great tops. Was skeptical after reading reviews on here but no issues whatsoever so ever .

Purchased two tops on Saturday 20th June, no email to confirm, no contact information that you can get a response from, contacted back as it's looking like this company is now nothing but a scam, I have to wait 14 days, which they have to make things right or I get a refund to my account from the bank, meanwhile I'm out of £100 and still none the wiser of I'm going to get the tops or not.

The customer service is nil, you can't get a response.

I haven't received an order confirmation email. Its next day delivery and they haven't dispatched it. I have no tracking number or confirmation of the order. I have called the number provided it says incorrect number. I emailed customer services i get a message back saying email address no correct. This company is clearly a scam..... i don't know how i will get my money back. Since it is clear that they are not a legitimate company when all their contact details are incorrect.

The only rating I can provide for my experience is five star. I ordered a West Ham shirt from Scoredraw a couple months ago. I decided to order from Scoredraw directly rather than from the West Ham club store and I am so glad I did. The delivery was very quick. I ordered the wrong size and Scoredraw processed the replacement and delivered the correct size within 48 hours. I would not hesitate in ordering from Scoredraw again.

Horrible company. I was bought for xmas an Everton shirt. Washed it once at 30 (under the label 40) an all the white turned blue, its unwearable. Have emailed them many times but they simply cant even be bothered to reply. Horrible people, stay away from this company. The quality is very very poor.

Having recently had a horrendous experience with another UK shop that sells counterfeit replicas (with retro in the name), mistakenly thinking it was ScoreDraw, I decided to post a review of my purchase with them from a little while ago. Sadly I have no other officially licensed shirts to find as my clubs of interested stopped running their retro lines

I purchased two retro Internazionale jerseys after having visited an official shop that had other models but had not restocked all. To qualify for free shipping and have a backup, I ordered another shirt from them from a model I had bought at the official store.

It took about 3 weeks to arrive with slow tracking updates but once it did arrive, I was so happy with them. The quality of the material and the true-to-size fit are key of official shirts vs counterfeit. This being the same licensed item sold in the club store (for the same price, just Pounds not Euro so it came out a couple of pounds cheaper) was the reason I made the purchase.

Unfortunately Inter (and a couple of other clubs) is no longer doing retro materials so there's no more stock that interests me, otherwise I'd have gifted myself another set for Christmas! Currently mostly EPL and Championship teams are available, with a handful of other options and national teams, but that is the nature of licensed, retro content - it's manufactured at one point in time and not restocked once it's sold out.

This is my third order & again, a fantastic service, my order arrived on time and the product quality is excellent.
Great company and I highly recommend them.

Really pleased with the retro shirt.

Tried several times to order a replica England 96 shirt but could not pay for the item tried 5 times with my card and 3 via PayPal but with no luck despite plenty of money available. Emailed the 4 times and not even a response!
Really poor and will never buy any of their products again

Absolute Thievery!! Bought a retro top 7 weeks ago and its still not arrived (despite them telling me 2 weeks ago that it would be dispatched immediately). Do not buy from this company, they will steal your money!

I placed an order for two football shirts with Score Draw on 8 February 2022. 16 months later, the purchased products have not arrived at their destination, I never got a refund, and every message that I have sent via e-mail or through the form in their website has gone unanswered. It is simply outrageous. I regularly purchase retro football shirts from companies such as Copa Football or Toffs and I have never had any problem with them.

Overcharged for my item. Contacted to query via web page contact form and confirmation email with no reply on both occasions. Zero customer service so will not use again.
