Great experience working with Taylor! She went above and beyond

I have had a couple of employments through 3search now and every one of my dealings with the recruiters has been an 11/10 experience. Working with both the contractor and perm role recruiters has been a breeze. A lot of the time you feel like a number to recruiters. Not with 3search. I would recommend 3search to anyone…and I do. They’re my go to agency when people ask who to talk to.

I want to specifically mention Taylor who by recruiting standards sets a very high bar. I have never worked with a recruiter with the level of enthusiasm, experience, expertise and drive as Taylor, from interview prep to helping while in the role, they are second to none.

I worked with Taylor Nash at 3Search, and she was so easy to communicate with throughout the process! She took into account my experience, and she listened intently to the ways I was personally looking to grow in a potential next role, and helped me find a great fit. Additionally, she made the application and interview process really seamless, which helped me put my best foot forward during what would typically be a pretty stressful situation.

Francesca Jackson-Burnham at 3Search is a great recruiter. She approached me about a Product Management leadership role and was excellent from the initial contact. Her targeting of who to approach for this role was spot-on (practically laser-guided). Her briefing was concise but comprehensive. Her support throughout the process was incredibly valuable - she constructively challenged my thinking based on her knowledge of the hiring company and her own experience. Francesca is now firmly on my list of “trusted advisers”, and I’d thoroughly recommend her to both hiring managers and people exploring a career move (or just in need of some counsel).

I love what 3Search are all about. They are one of the most supportive recruitment partners out there. They always take the time to speak to you and let’s face it, in this market with so many people looking for work, it’s no small feat.
What has been particularly special for me is the support they have given to the community especially women in marketing.
Networking is such an important part of life and thanks to Liz Hopkins, she has created a safe space for this to happen with the community she has set up. And it’s one amazing community. For me personally, it was the catalyst for a huge journey ahead as I was once nervous about networking and now I love it! Whenever 3Search runs one of these events, I can’t miss it because I know the quality of people and conversations will be brilliant.

The event I went to recently was about women networking and 3search hold a fabulous event which means you get to chat to the recruiters in a very informal way whilst also being able to connect with other marketeers where we can help and support each other.

Shaun was so helpful, attentive and quick to respond throughout the whole process. I felt he did a great job at balancing both parties interests and was really supportive when I came to him with complicated questions!

Sarah is an excellent recruiter who played a key role in helping me secure my next job. From the very beginning, she consistently kept me updated and provided valuable feedback from the employer. Her support and guidance throughout the interview process were incredibly helpful.
