Coming from a bad breakup, I decided to get professional help and learn how to improve my communication and skills required to sustain a healthy relationship.
The coaches at 3 second rule were very supportive and helped me to understand what had gone wrong.

They continued to support me and invited me to the weekly Mentorship Academy calls, where I found a community of guys supporting each other in a healthy manner.

The Manchester Bootcamp I attended was fantastic. The coaches were very attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. All my specific questions were answered in detail. The infield portion was the best part of the Bootcamp.
The coaches encouraged us to practice skills and get more comfortable socially with groups of guys and girls in the evening. Everybody was having fun, and I never realised that social loneliness and inaptitude could have a solution.
I am very grateful for finding 3 Second Rule.

The guys are motivated and dedicated, and that makes the whole difference.

Everything! Shaun, first of all. What a character, so much knowledge and experience. It is amazing to watch amd experience firsthand how Shaun does it. Plus the group dynamic at bootcamps I like too. Just a bunch of great guys trying to better there life! I learned so much in just 1 bootcamp! You can tell how much effort Shaun and the coaches are putting into each bootcamp and I praise them all!

So i did the Newyork bootcamp and it was an experience that i wont forget, its an eye opening experience that shows you what is possible… Shaun was very professional yet friendly, he knows what he is talking about…tom was a great person to meet and the overall experience/vibe of everyone was welcoming and fun…a no brainer of an experience for anyone who is looking to change his life to the better

Great coaches, great material and an extremely fun and productive weekend. Shaun and his team really take the time to explain concepts from the ground up and make sure everything is clear. The framework and material makes a lot of sense and it was great fun testing it out in the evenings!

I did things this weekend that I never thought I’d do - I spoke to lots of women and not only did i not get blown out but i got their interest and attention.

This weekend feels like just the beginning of a very exciting journey! Thanks team

Discovery helped me set up a plan to tackle my approach anxiety and gave me great feedback on my current situation. I was a great call with a lot of value that was offer.

I attended the Miami Bootcamp with Discovery (Shaun).
I honestly don’t know where to start this review. It was so impactful - it’s difficult to condense the experience down to a few sentences.
I had tons of 1-on-1 time with Discovery. I haven’t ever met anyone as charismatic as him. In every room we would walk into, people were drawn to him. He lives by the saying “Leave people better than when you found them”. It was on full display in Miami.
The Bootcamp wasn’t just about pickup, it was on how to better your life in every area. We talked about tons of things from professional and social successes.
Working on what my sticking points are in-field and building a plan to improve. We went out in-field every day to work on what I studied that morning, Discovery was there giving me feedback every time. I can say my game improved significantly.
I’ve been around tons of coaches in other industries, Discovery is the best I’ve had the privilege to learn from. He really is at the pinnacle of social mastery and his teaching style is exceptional.
As far as recommendations, I would refer 3SR to all my friends/family to have the chance to get around this group of people.

Mentors. This is the only word that comes to mind. I have followed their teachings and have improved myself immensely. I lost weight, I increased my wealth, my social circle has tripled and I have met wonderful women of quality. If you are serious about improving all areas of your life, join them. It is one of the best decisions of my life.

Dear Shaun

A brief note of thanks for the life changing lessons you taught me 10 years ago today (yes, it has been that long!).

The decade since has seen me succeed in both life and love. I don't see how I would have escaped the rut I was in without the wisdom you shared. Whilst the dating insights have long since served their purpose (I am happily married with a young kid) the wider experience continues to play an instrumental role in my ongoing success.

Minute for minute, that weekend was the best investment of time in my life. Ten years on it is unquestionable that you did me a power of good during that cold November weekend, so it felt appropriate to mark this milestone anniversary by communicating my gratitude.

I went to a boot camp in Riga and it was so much more then just pick up. It’s about every aspect of the social life and I can’t count all the times that Shaun and Papa blew our minds. Learned so much more then I excepted and these guys are extremely supportive. This will help me with everything, my social life, work and my future relationship. Would definitely recommend to attend a boot camp and can’t speak highly enough of Shaun and Papa.

My second bootcamp with 3sr.

Again an amazing experience. The team is very professional and inspiring. I understand more things about topics of dating, attraction and lifestyle and the importance of using a system in order to progress and grow in all these areas, to Save Yourself Time Energy and Money.

PREMIER BOOTCAMP - RIGA, LATVIA
When I booked the course, I remember thinking if it can help me learn to fix one thing that I'm doing without being aware, I would consider it a win. However, having done the four-day Premier Bootcamp, I would say it has exceeded my expectation. The four days were more than just becoming a PUA; it was a 360 feedback on life and what I should focus on improving so that it all adds to the bigger picture. I enjoyed the lessons on Social skills and health as they were eye-openers, and I wasn't expecting those topics to be covered. Both Discovery and Papa have a wealth of knowledge and different ways of transferring their knowledge that complemented each other. Watching the coaches demo their skills infield was impressive and a testament to what is possible. It gave me the confidence to trust the process and approach regardless of the feeling inside, knowing the practice is more important than the immediate outcome. My big takeaway was to learn and focus on reflecting on my progress, not only in dating but also in other new skills that I'm learning.
Although I have a long way to go, over the four days, I improved my communication and confidence by simply being aware of what I was doing wrong and also the mindset shift on why it is vital to make an effort to develop these skills. One of the many things that stuck on my mind was that in life, one could choose to play or not, but we are all in the game whether we like it or not. My goal now is to focus on improving my social skill, which will help me in my dating life and leadership skills in business. I would recommend this course to everyone as there is a lot to learn from Discovery, from dating to health, and my only regret is for waiting this long to take action, although I have been aware of the course for a long time.

Riga and Prague. Two places, I loved and have grown in skills and overall enjoyment of life. Dont know where I would be if it wasnt for 3SR.

Very good experience during my first bootcamp with 3sr in Prague.
I’ve learned a lot, about dating, attraction and life style. The team is great and very professional with an amazing energy.
I learned also about the personality types, which is very helped to understand myself and others better.

I had a good experience with discovery. We learned about how important it is to take massive action. And the first couple set you open is just warm up sets and a lot of guys stop right there. But you need to keep going and get some momentum to get better at the game.

Fantastic experience hearing Shaun Michael speak at the Evolution of Consciousness 2021 Convention. He explains the importance of game in a man’s life and breaks down game in a methodical manner.
