I just now received my order!
It is unbelievable how form fitting your 3W Liners are compared to Weathertech. Your 3W Liners hug the sides and have the adequate depth to fit. The Weathertech either arrived warped or got warped on the sides and customer service would argue they weren't warped. They DID NOT hug the sides or the floor. I told them I was tired of explaining, and would try someone else.
I also like that your liners don't collect stuff in the attachment holes because yours are sealed on top!
They are beautiful and look easy to clean.

What a fantastic customer service experience as well as an absolute brilliant product/ products.
I made an error in ordering a set I thought had a certain design but turned out it was only available on a different option. The customer service team quickly answered my request for a return and helped me pick the product that had what I was looking for. I was always kept in the loop and communication was constant on the status of my return and delivery of new order. I was always dealt with in a very warm manner and felt like a vip client.

I had an issue where I made a mistake in the order process. I emailed them right away so I wouldn’t get shipped an extra item I didn’t need. They were super fast with replying to my email and got the situation resolved instantly. The customer service rep was extremely friendly and understanding.

I ordered the wrong merchandise, but the return process has been very smooth. The emailed responses have been prompt, friendly and very helpful. They even sent me the link to the correct item I need. Very nice experience with this company.

Not only did the mats arrive fast and at a great price, but they fit my truck like they came straight from the Ford factory. This is the third set of floor mats I’ve bought for my 2025 F‑150, and it’s the first time they’ve actually fit perfectly. The other brands were okay, but these are spot‑on. Couldn’t be happier!
