I’ve been using both for several months. No problems! They both charge and run great.
I have recommended both to friends, one ordering the two.

What’s wrong? Well, advertising says $29.96 for one and get two free. What they done say is it’s $179.00 shipping. I feel this is deceptive. Is it worth this price for mac n cheese, rice and vegetables, and oatmeal? Not for me!

The products have been wonderful and the representatives have been courteous and very helpful.

So I’ve ordered about three times from 4 Patriots and have One critique. Once you hit the button to place your order you have to go through three or four screens trying to sell you other products. Because of this, I accidentally ordered my four weeks supply twice. I will say I used the chat feature to speak with customer service and they were very quick to cancel the second order. I have not tried any of the food yet, but based on everything, I’ve read about this company. The food is good and lasts a long time. I absolutely recommend this company for emergency food

Poor/cheap products!!! My wife ordered me a 4Patriots sidekick as a present, was working when I got it and used it to power a few things. Every 3 months I'd make sure it was charged, well I go to make sure it was working a few weeks ago when we were in a state of an emergency and it was showing a code and not working. Only way it would work is if it was plugged into a power outlet. I call and spoke to a guy with customer service and told him what was going on and he said sounded like it was a defected unit. Then he looks up the order info from where my wife had ordered it and said no problem I'll have a shipping label sent out to you for you to send the unit in and said a new sidekick would be sent to me. Well that has been weeks ago and I never got the label. I called today and the lady a spoke with said they were not sending me out a label or giving me a new unit because it had been to long. I told her the guy I had spoke with said I would, then she said well here in our system it shows after the call you had with him his manager told him no that I would not be getting a new one. I told her no one had called or emailed me to let me know that and I've been waiting weeks. All she said was sorry nothing I can do. Then I asked was there a way I can fix the unit with the code it was showing, she told me no that the unit was defected. I was like then why can't I get a new unit even if you and the company knows it is a bad unit (which by the way reviews I've seen said people are having the same code shown on the same unit model. Now they have a new version out of the SideKick.), she still tells me there is nothing that can be done for me. Then I ask to speak to a manager and she tells me she has to send in a request for that and it will take 48 hours to be able to speak to one. Very poor customer service and seems like poor product and which they know about and trying to cover up their mistake.

Richard took my order for the kitchen 2.25 Gallon water filter. Been buying their 72 hour food packs for years, never disappointed. Real family style business and very professional and helpful.recommend you give them a try. Shipments arrive rapidly. Good Folks

I have no complaints with the representatives I spoke with at 4Patriots, only the resolution of my problem couldn't be resolved. Not taking an extended warranty and not reading the complete manual for my Patriot Power Generator 1800 and following them (please fully charge your unit every 3-6 months to extend the life of the battery). I didn't do that and now my 2 year old generator won't charge the battery. I used 8 months ago and charged it after use before turning it off. I turned it on and it was discharged and wouldn't charge either with AC or the solar panel. Now I have a $2700 brick. I was willing to sent it back to have it fixed, at my expense, but the representative, informed me that it was not an option. Get the extended warranty and make sure you keep charging it every 3-6 months. It is after all an emergency generator and it should be ready at all times.

I ordered a water filter from this company that cost me almost $500. However, I ended up not needing it and decided to return the filter. I called them and they told me I would get refunded within 7-10 days, so I decided to call my credit card company and see if I got credited for it. 2 weeks passed and I never got the money back. I tried calling 4patriots many times and they didn’t answer. In the end, I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. On their website, it says that they offer “a full 100% money back guarantee.” I will never be ordering from this company again. NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!

Their website is very easy to navigate and seems to thoroughly cover the pertinent details of the products and services available.
Contacting them by phone for sales seems very adequate; however, support and other issues seem to involve very long hold or callback times, sometimes up to two to three hours. The personnel are very knowledgeable and courteous.
Any issues I have had have been resolved to my complete satisfaction. Their products are of very high quality and seem fairly priced.
I would highly recommend 4Patriots, their products as well as their services.

Aside from their excellent food products, their on-line talks are excellent, informative and well worth the time to listen. Everyone takes these talks multiple times to get as informed as possible. Plus it is nice to see the people you talk to on the phone.

I purchased 1800 with a sidekick in 2022. I bought it for emergencies only and have used it a couple of times. According to 4Patriot, it takes only 7 to 9 hours. I noticed it took three and a half days to charge the system. I called customer service; they were extremely cordial and transferred me to tech support. The tech support's name is Brian. He is a great guy, and he sent me new solar panels; now I have four 50 Watts panels. However, the charging time did not improve. (I live in California, and summers are brutal here). I called back. This time, Brain decided to send me a new generator. I received the new generator in a reasonable time. Again, the charging time did not improve. Brian sent me three new generators in the last two years, but the problem never got solved. Recently, I communicated with Abby, and according to her, 4Patriot would give me a $500 credit. Also, according to her, the solar panels must be protected from extreme weather, and at night time, they must be stored indoors every ten days. That was the most ridiculous statement I had ever heard. First, extreme weather is when the sun is up, not at night. The outdoor temperature is around 78 degrees in the evening, and the garage temp would be over 85 degrees. Is 4Patriot suggesting that consumers bring solar panels in their bedroom, maybe an Epson salt bath with candles lit? Do they like red or white? Do they like memory foam or Serpa mattresses?
My issue is charging time, not extreme weather in the evening.
Please do your research, especially if you are a senior like me. I fell for the name Patriot! Also, the Survival Food Kit is overpriced. One can buy the Mac & Cheese from Walmart for much less, and it is the same processed food.
My next step is to file a complaint with Califonia AG, FTC, for gouging seniors. I am also gathering information and investigating class action.

Pulled 4Patriot Solar Powered battery charger from cabinet in RV to charge and use during an outing. Battery had exploded inside case… Took pictures and emailed to 4Patriots. Called them & held for 1.5 hours. Finally, requested call back. 3 hours later, I get a call back & was told that the year warranty is up & they would discount a new battery!?. Buyer beware… We’re lucky that it didn’t catch the RV on fire! Imagine a $30 battery catching a $100K rig on fire!?. Don’t let that happen to you! Buy another brand that stands behind their product. Very poor customer service!

Great value and service. Product as advertised

Bought one of their solar generators. Used it 5-6 times and haven't used it for 3 years. On our last camping trip I figured it was all we needed. I was wrong. Wouldn't hold a charge. Got no help from 4Patriots other than they suggested I buy a new one. Terrible service!

The website is a scam! I’m trying to place an order with them, but they keep canceling it without explaining the reason! I recommend using a different supplier when choosing products.

I was actually going to order from the u-tube advertisement, but after reading these reviews I'm glad I didnt. this sounds like such a scam company. 'Patriots' shouldn't be a part of their name.

The shipment arrived very quickly- I paid over $700.00 for this and was very disappointed with the contents of the 3 month supply of long storage food because many of the packets for dinner meals were placed in multiple serving bags. Single serve packets are better suited to emergency events with no electricity as once they are opened they spoil in a few days. Their videos distinctly shows a person demonstrating a how to cook a single serve meal, suggesting that this would be true for all the meal packets. 33 meal packets for 3 months-Sorry, but I won't buy again from this company! High powered sales pitches and their customer service sucks! 1 1/2 hours on hold is too long!
