STAY AWAY! APPEARS TO BE A SCAM!

I NEVER write reviews, but I’m making an exception for this BS company!

Received half my order…the least expensive part of the order. ABSOLUTELY ZERO customer support. Called THREE times. A total of over Two hours waiting for someone to pick up the phone. NO calls back from their automated system. NONE. You know, the…”You won’t lose your place in line” BS. Even called at 8:00am CST and immediately went into their BS automated systems telling me about how high their call volume is, and how sorry they are for the inconvenience…BLA, BLA, BLA. Again, NO call back all day! Emailed them and immediately received automated email back that was meaningless! There “24 hour Live Chat” is total BS as well. It’s a BOT SESSION…and a POOR ONE, at that. They have this scam set up real good. And if this isn’t a scam then I have some advice to whatever IDIOT is running this company…CHANGE YOUR BUSINESS PROCESS because what you are doing IS NOT WORKING! And, if you’re that busy because of the “HIGH DEMAND” for your product, THEN HIRE MORE PEOPLE…HELLO, MCFLY, ANYONE IN THERE? Stop spending so much money on your TV commercials and hire more people…you know, to pick up the phone and tell people what’s going on with their orders. BECAUSE WHAT YOU’RE DOING NOW, LOOKS LIKE A TOTAL SCAM!

PS- Take the word ‘PATRIOT’ out of your name! True US Patriots wouldn’t do this to people.

I ordered on 10-3-24. then they had a special for a solar panel for 297 with tax it should have been 317. they charged my card 531 for the solar panel. i called after an hour they hung up. i also said they had not sent me order conformations. next day i goy order conformations just not fixed ones. so i emailed back to cancel both orders. NO response. i gave them a couple days. no response. i called Another hour and hang up. chat hour no response. emailed again no response... what the heck . I wish i had seen this site first.. my card will help me now. i have pictures and dates and times. cancel my orders....

I did finally get to talk to two people. That was 6 days of trying to get a response. The second one really helped me, and explained where and what was going on. I will not order anything else advertised on Facebook.

This is a follow up on my previous review. It has been a month now!It is 4 days later and I still have had no response about the bonus gifts I did not receive. With the absence of customer service to take care of things that go wrong I will not depend on this company. I should have read reviews in depth to see how many people are stuck with issues that go unresolved.
There are many of us who even if we never contacted the company with an issue do not spend money with those who do not take care of their customers.

Something’s not right about this..
The website doesn’t work. I tried to place an order for the solar cooler.
I hit submit & nothing happens-
3 times?🤔 call cs each time. Nobody answers. Clearly they don’t want to sell what they “advertise”. I did read the reviews while waiting. Very disappointing that they are REALLY made in China. I’m no longer interested.

I have my sil freeze drier because she is a retired 100% disabled military and not able to use it. She had it still in the box for quite s while b4 she realized she would not be able to use it. FD was fine at first, 4 Patriot's replaced the shelf unit. Now I get "WARNING'temp in chamber has exceeded maximum limit. This is when I turn it on. I called cs on 9-28-24, I explained the situation and what I had done. I was advised to remove trays and disconnect the connector. Put connector back in and try again. I did and I get the same error. I called again today and was told nothing they can do for me, its out of warranty. My SIL buys food, 2 large solar generators, at least 2 large water purifiers, the FD was $6K I believe. A lot of money. So I have a $6K garage decoration. Oh, and I bought one of their solar generators. No More!
I received a reply from trust pilot saying 4patriot wants info to contact me
I replied to Trust Pilot and today I called 4Patriot to ask who do I speak with. Debra told me to go to 4Patriot website and there are 2 different places I can send an email. There is a contact us, however I could NEVER let me get to a place that I can send an email. I can place an order but not contact anyone. I am beyond disappointed.
Update on freeze dryer:
My SIL Susan Folding purchased the freeze fryer, order #7238537. I have her FD because she is 100% retired Air Force. The shelving unit was replaced. I used it a few times since the shelving unit replacement was received. Now the warning: the temp in the chamber has exceeded the max limit. Remove food and check system.
Trust me, I have the FD in my garage. It has not been returned or fully refunded. Not sure where that info is from.
The only itm I have purchased from 4Patriots is a solar generator. I have that in my garage also.
Obviously this is very confusing for both parties at this point. I want to get the fd working. Can't someone tell me what is wrong with the FD and how to fix it. Thank you.

I just made a 3 month food supply purchase. Actually I was forced to put in all of my information and then clicked on a button that said "Continue". I assumed I needed to do this to get to the next page to see what my order was going to be and to confirm my information (this is how it is on any other site I use). Nope not this site. I clicked Continue and the purchase was done. That to me was one of the sleaziest, slimiest things that a company could do. Then I went through page after page after page of them trying to sell me other stuff. I don't think I ever found the confirmation page for the purchase I made but didn't really make. Then I try to call customer service to discuss this and find out if they do a military discount and you might as well forget that. They don't ever answer the phone, I was on the phone for over an hour with nothing and the next day the same result. I finally tried their online chat. Forget that also. It makes you go through automated prompts and when you answer No to everything to get to a live a person it eventually just loops you around and starts at the beginning again. I plan to call my credit card company and have this purchase cancelled.

I purchased the solar powered generator with the additional rechargeable solar battery. I received them within 5 days, undamaged in excellent packaging.
I've received follow-up emails inquiring whether or not I have questions or need assistance with setting it up for the first time, how to store it and so on. I will also be taking the free classes available on the 4Patriot site.

Is that true all you food comes from china? Wow that sucks was just about to order more food . But not from china this is sad.

4 Patriots has been advertising their buy one 72 hour food kit, get 2 free everywhere. I decided to check them out and went to their web site and specifically looked for the offer button link. I clicked, ordered 2 kits. What showed up was 2 72 hour food kits, no sign of the 4 free kits I should have received. Their customer service options are a scam. I have been on hold for almost 45 minutes as I write this review. While waiting, they eventually switch to a we will call you back, leave a call back number with no option to stay on hold. You have no choice but to leave a number or the system will just hang up on you. I also tried to speak with an agent on live chat, no such luck. I filed a customer service ticket and no response. I am getting the feeling that this issue will not be resolved. Last time I will ever buy from this company and will stick with My Patriot Supply in the future.

Here is a follow up to my ongoing frustration with 4 Patriots. First, It was not until I wrote my original review did I get a response from the company. There was never a response from their customer service department from direct calls, emails or starting a "ticket". Like many reviews on Trust Pilot written about this company, they give you the run around. They tell you, you clicked on the wrong link. No, I was very careful to click on the link for the specific offer. However, you have no way to prove you did. They say, look at your order, it tells them you clicked on the wrong link. Easy for them to say. You really have no recourse. If you are running a national promotion for a specific time frame, no matter how you placed the order, the promotion should be fulfilled. This has all the earmarks of a scam. I suggest you be very careful ordering from this company. Chances are, you will get ripped off. It seems, they do not take the old adage, the customer is always right to heart and just fix things. They would rather give you all the excuses than make it right. I guess they really don't care about the customer or bad reviews. Stay away.

This will be my final update to this review. After several emails from "customer service", over the course of a week after my follow up review. including an offer to purchase the buy one get one kit being still available to buy if I wanted to (yeah, right!), I got an email from what seemed to be a customer service manager letting me know that the 4 free food packs would be shipped to maintain customer relations (paraphrased). It took about a week, but the 4 food kits finally showed up. I appreciate the shipment, but, I would still be wary ordering from this company and be ready for a fight if you do order.

Be very careful when ordering promotion items on their website. I ordered the 72 hour food kit which offered 2 additional ones free. I scrolled their website before ordering and clicked on the button on the product. Because it was not the "promotion button" they will not honor the promotion. I have ordered products from them before and was very satisfied. Disappointed that the website is not clearer.

4 Patriots come clean I got a full refund. It took way too long, but I got it . 4 Patriot should start using Taiwan Japan, South Korea or United States to make your solar power generators stop using communist China 4 Patriots are phony patriotic people using Communist China is putting another nail in the coffin of United States. They should be ashamed of their self. They have no shame I’ve done a lot of mechanic work. Anything made in Communist China is nothing but pure junk. If it last 30 days consider yourself very lucky. I can’t say this enough shame on the CEO the founder of 4 patriot.com

Reaching this company for customer service is a nightmare to say the least. It took me months to reach them and the only way I could do that was by posting comments to people on Face book the issue I was having trying to contact them to return my 2 solar generators. They reached out ti me via email and sent me the boxes needed to return the generators. Even the inclosed paperwork had a non working phone number! I shipped them back at a cost of $168.32! I have confirmation that they received (name of person that signed for them) and almost 2 weeks later I have not heard from them! Nothing about receiving them or processing my refund. I do know that they will be keeping 20% of my $5000 purchase price for a restocking fee. These generators do not power as much as they lead people to believe!

Their radio commercials literally say China has control of our power grid. Then says you need to run out and buy this crap, that's made in China. WTH! If China has control of the power grid why would we want to support their efforts by buying more crap from them. And all in the name of patriotism! You people are unreal! The way you're advertising and promoting your business is a total LIE! This is what our government does! This behavior is a problem.

I got a new sidekick 300 watts with 2200xx includes 100 watts and 40 watts solar foldings last week. I tried to test sidekick for using my cpap machine overnight. then in morning, it stopped working, I tried to recharge it and it is completed dead. I only tried it for one night. I tried to call 4patriot's customer service on phone and it kept holding me on for 1 hour and half then hung up on me. I tried their live chat and it's not helpful with their stupid bot, no one alive representive online. I just emailed 4patriot today and waiting. I am not impressed with 4patriots. I am considering to return all items for full refund. I am disappointed. My wife say You see I told you not trust 4patriots because she saw this trustpilot review before.

Wow with reviews like this no wonder your doing a buy one get two free promotion. God only knows what China 🇨🇳 puts in the generators. Like trackers and only God know what else. Come on people. 4 CCP should be your motto.

I can’t afford the big food/equipment packages. However, 4Patriots, does have buy one get two free, quite often.

I originally called over a year ago to say my water purification system I purchased washer was damaged. After the representative looked my purchase up she said she could not find my purchase on her computer. After talking with her for quiet a while I became frustrated. I put the whole thing away and figured I lost 199.00. I called them a few days ago because I saw the washer spiket replacement kit on line. They advised me it was out of stock and did not know when they would get the kit in. I asked to speak to a supervisor only to be told I would have to wait up to forty eight hours for a return call
Well I'm at seventy two hours and still no call. Frustrated is an understatement. So her I sit with a useless water filtration system. I also have bought in the past patriot food supplies which I have nothing to say negative

I ordered 4 solar flashlights for each car and for my children’s cars. They charge quick from the sun and always ready.

One of the fastest delivery, all the stuff I'm going to need when ever s.h.t.f or during a electrical matter, ordered the labor day special. Such a great offer.

We have ordered for them before-
We ordered the water purifier filter system, the 2 tiered one. It was fine but the spigot leaked, I wrote them and they very promptly sent me a new one that has worked just fine. They’re a caring company. I wish their filters were less expensive though- but they work very well!
