Megan Moore, Customer Service Representative, went above and beyond to ensure that the issue with our chair was corrected. Not only did she respond to my emails, but she also called to make sure we understood that she had others accessing the issue.
Megan is a professional! When she tells you that she will get back to you, she does. I would love to have an employee like Megan on my team.

Top Notch customer support after the sale.
After receiving the sofa and setting it all up one of the LED strips under the footrest was not working. I wasn't able to get technical support right then because I had waited too long in the day to call. The next morning I called and received some preliminary help from a gentleman that was very detailed and also sent me a link to help me out. I was able to get the sofa flipped over on it's back and going thru the bottom of the armrest make the power connection. The very next day I receive an email from Megan asking if I was able to address everything or if I needed anything at all. She also sent me a couple of other links and more information than I needed. All in all I would say this was about as top notch as anyone can receive. Thank you so much for everything and satisfying my curiosities as well, great job!! Clay.

I spoke to a customer service representative named Megan that was very kind and understanding over the phone, asked important questions for clarification about my purchase of a sofa and offered a solution to my issue promptly so that it can be repaired in the near future. As a past and future shopper of 4Seating I appreciate this level of service when owning an expensive product.
Excellent post purchase customer service
I ordered a multimedia sofa from 4seating, which came very well packed, but still I did discover a small part in one of the gas strut assemblies was broken. Upon calling their customer service line, Megan was able to set me up with a replacement part within minutes, did to ship out soon. Very satisfied with the level of customer service!

We love our chairs and the sound shakers for movies. We recently had an issue with one of the four sound shaker speakers making a noise and I spoke with our sales rep Claire from 10 months ago when we initially purchased and she put me in touch with a customer service link. Megan from customer service called a day later and let me know they will send a replacement transducer/speaker asap. Megan was very helpful and knowledgeable asking if I needed anything else as well as Claire our sales rep who was very understanding and forwarded my concerns immediately. They have great people working for them!

Customer Service is Top-Notch!
I have had my Seatcraft theater seating for a few years now. It is my favorite piece of furniture, and there’s no need for me mention that I had a terrific experience ordering and receiving it from 4seating. Recently my cat decided to steal and chew up the rubber coasters in the cupholders. I sent a message to customer service and Megan called me not long after that to help me get new coasters. She was very friendly and helpful, and the new coasters are already on their way. Thank you, Megan!

Excellent quality Seats! Shipped weeks faster than expected since they were custom. I was amazed at the customer service. Megan was most helpful when I received the seats and needed the information on armrest installation. My original interaction was amazing also. I requested fabric swatches ON A SUNDAY..AND TALKED TO A HUMAN!!! Way more than I expected.
All in all, a great product at a great price from a great company.
