I purchased a total of 8 chairs from 4Seating Home Theater Seating & Custom Decor for my movie room and could not be more happier with the quality and workmanship of the seats. 6000 doallars was a big investment for buying the chairs sight unseen, but all doubts were gone once I received the product and I definitelyfeel I got the value for what I paid. I receive a lot of complaints of not only how good the chairs look, but how they feel. The salesman also made the purchasing experience great and made sure I had what he felt I needed. I would highly recommend.

Excellent company and product. I have a beautiful Headline Italian leather loveseat manufactured in 2019. It's now 2026 and it still looks and performs flawlessly.

Shipment came quick and the quality of the products is amazing better than the original equipment costumer service is great

Very hard to find a reputable trustworthy company online but I must say 4 seating is all of the above. They ship quickly, pricing is very competitive and their quality product and selection is top notch. I received my couch and the first day the motor didn't work in the recliner. I reached out and spoke to Manny. I know that he is busy it took a few follow up calls to reach him again. After contact he immediately sent a replacement part and scheduled a technician to come repair it

Such a great company
I purchased my theater seats 11 years ago. They are still like brand new, so well built. They were one of the only companies that had the two tier seats at the time so you didn’t have to build a platform. I remember they were so easy to deal with when we were purchasing our seats.
I think one time during the 11 years. I had a problem with a cupholder and they took care of it immediately.
So it’s 11 years later and my power cords are starting to go. So I called customer service, I talked to Megan and she helped me distinguish whether it was the power cord motor or switch we text back-and-forth we got a few phone calls in and resolved the problem.

Such a great company to deal with!!!

I had a problem with the tray tables that came with my chairs. 3 of them had longer posts than the other 2. I spoke with Megan and after sharing a photo of the two posts side by side she went the extra mile by going to the warehouse and measuring to ensure replacements would be the correct length. She was great to work with and should be commended.

I'll admit I was hesitant to spend this kind of money on furniture from a company I'd never heard of before — but I'm really glad I took the chance. I purchased a set of theater chairs from 4seating.com last June and the experience, from start to finish, has been great.

Delivery took a bit longer than I anticipated — the "next day shipping" language on the site set my expectations a little high — but once it arrived, the white glove service was seamless. The chairs were set up without a single issue.

Fast forward a few months, and the headrest on one of the chairs stopped working. I contacted customer service not really knowing what to expect, and was honestly blown away. The rep was friendly, apologetic, and had a replacement on the way before the call even ended. It was under warranty, no questions asked, no hassle whatsoever.
