I bought 6 serenity (2 rows) about 4…
I bought 6 serenity (2 rows) about 4 years ago and are still very happy with them. I bought 3 Diamante (1 row) about a year ago for another place. (more expensive$) They pale in comparison to the Serenity. They are very hard and haven't softened up at all, and they don't recline any where near as far as the serenity. Your feet are hanging downward. I'm very disappointed with them. I called and was told there is no adjustment. I'm stuck with em now. :-(
They should write better descriptions.

Seatcraft Diamante Purchase
We recently bought the Seatcraft Diamante Brown Leather Cool Zero theater chairs from 4seating. We visited the showroom and we were assisted by Manny Gonzalez. What a great experience working with Manny! Manny was very helpful and patient in answering our questions, kept us in the loop on delivery, and followed up with us after delivery. I also recommend the White Glove service. Our theater room is on the second floor. The White Glove guys were timely in their delivery and did a great job with the setup with having to lug those heavy chairs upstairs. Oh, and the chairs look great, are extremely comfortable and easy to adjust from upright to full recline, and look to be very well constructed. Very happy with the purchase and the experience.

I had a great experience. It is a wonderful thing when you are treated like a valued customer. Megan made me feel like she had genuine interest in helping me. Nothing scripted or fake AI sounding in our discussions. And that my business with her company was important. You just can’t say this very often in today’s world. As a result, I will definitely work with 4seating again in the future.

Manny did a great job helping us. He was very low pressure but knew alot about the different seats. When we came back he even gave us a quote and told us to go back and remeasure to make sure the seats we wanted would fit, it turned out that we wanted a different combination and he helped us re-quote for our new order. We had trouble with the backrests on a couple of chairs not locking in place after delivery and assembly. I called 4seating, and Manuel asked me to send a video and/or pictures of the issue. After sending video, Manuel sent me a troubleshooting video that helped me resolve the issue. The whole support experience was smooth and effective. Thanks to Manuel for helping me quickly resolve the issue.

I spoke with Megan Moore regarding some theater seats I purchased in 2021 for a rental cabin. Someone stole all of the connectors to give them power! Megan found the info I needed and even took a picture of the item she was sending so I could see if it looked like what I needed and has shipped them to me. Megan spent alot of time helping me to get the right parts and she was amazing! She is a true asset to the company! I have used this company before and will definitely use them again!!

Great customer service
Megan was very friendly. She quickly helped me with my problem (a scratched tray table) and got a new tray table sent out to me. There was no hassle, just pleasant competent customer service. I also liked that I didn't have to go through a long automated call to get to a real person!
