Corretora excelente

Corretora excelente. Suporte sempre de prontidão para resolver as solicitações, saques rápidos , diversas formas de depósito e retirada, spreads baixos.

Utilizo a muito tempo e nunca tive problemas., só elogios.

Invalid password solved

Had some issues with logging in to the account, instead of typically days of waiting with some other brokers, it took Andrei 10 minutes from start to finish to guide me through each step to be able to get back in. Wonderful work!

Nesta corretora , pegaram 200 mil reias meus , explicando novamente , e o gerente luis ferreira sorriu da minha cara , em chamada de video e eu desesperado explicando o ocorrido, e nunca auxiliou por uma equiepe tecnica ou algo do tipo , pois sabia que foi coisas que a corretora realizar pra capturar dinheiro de clientes com bastante saldo

Olá.
Vamos deixar algo bem claro:

Se o Stop Loss e o Take Profit não podem ser considerados ferramentas de confiança, então o cliente está praticamente operando sem proteção nenhuma. Se a corretora não consegue garantir o preço mais próximo do solicitado, isso não é slippage normal, é falta de qualidade de execução. Ponto.

Slippage de 100, 200 pontos em volatilidade extrema pode até ser discutível.
Agora slippage de 1000 pontos não é variação natural do mercado — isso é inaceitável em qualquer ambiente sério de trading.

E antes que tentem culpar “mercado global” ou “volatilidade”:

Comparei com outras corretoras no mesmo momento, no mesmo ativo, mesma execução.

Nenhuma apresentou o “gap” absurdo que somente aqui apareceu.

Ou seja:
Se em outras corretoras o preço foi respeitado e aqui não, então o problema não é o mercado, é a execução da corretora.

E sobre “treinar em conta demo”:
Conta demo não ensina a lidar com slippage de 1000 pontos, porque isso não ocorre em ambiente transparente.
Logo, usar isso como justificativa é simplesmente desviar de responsabilidade.

Depois de pesquisar profundamente, descobri algo que muitos investidores ignoram:
Corretoras que não são 100% STP/ECN podem sim operar contra o cliente quando o lote aumenta, porque passam a ter conflito de interesse na mesa de operação.

Então deixo o alerta para quem está lendo:
Se a sua ordem de proteção não é protegida, você não está operando — você está sendo exposto.

bonus questioned

I am writing to formally challenge the recent removal of the FX bonus from my account, which was carried out “at company discretion.”
Whilst I note that a partial refund has been made, this does not address the matter in full. Specifically:
1. Time and Effort – The process has caused significant confusion and required considerable time and effort on my part, for which no consideration has been offered.
2. Client Expectations – According to the official bonus rules (sections 1.6 and 1.7), clients are entitled to rely on transparent and consistent application of the program. Removal “at sole discretion” without explanation is neither transparent nor in line with the expectations set by your own terms.
3. Lack of Reasoning – If the removal was made under discretionary powers, no specific reason or evidence has been provided. Without this, the action appears arbitrary and potentially in breach of the principles of fairness and compliance.
Given the relatively small size of the account (EUR 120), I request either:
• A full reinstatement or refund of the FULL 110EUR account at the outset, OR
• A formal written explanation, citing the precise rule and rationale under which the removal was carried out.
Unless this matter is satisfactorily resolved, I will have no choice but to escalate the issue to the relevant regulatory authorities to review whether the bonus scheme is being applied in accordance with advertised rules and compliance standards.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We have carefully reviewed your concerns regarding the First Deposit Bonus, and would like to clarify a few key points:

1. Terms & Conditions
The First Deposit Bonus is subject to clear Terms & Conditions (publicly available here: https://4xc.com/wp-content/themes/fxc/inc/assets/pdf/first-deposit-bonus-terms-conditions.pdf). In particular, clauses 1.6, 1.7, and 1.9 state that:

The bonus may be removed in the event of Stop Out (Clause 1.6).

The bonus is non-withdrawable (Clause 1.7).

The Company reserves the right to amend or withdraw the bonus at its discretion (Clause 1.9).

Accordingly, the bonus removal from your MT4 account was fully consistent with the rules accepted when joining the promotion.

2. Goodwill Adjustment
On 04 August 2025, we credited the disputed bonus amount to your alternative MT5 wallet (#242572 / Account #101806) as a gesture of goodwill. These funds were made available for your trading activity, and you have already utilized them.

3. Trading Results
Please note that trading outcomes, including any losses, result from market conditions and individual trading decisions. These cannot be attributed to the Company.

4. Final Note
We strive to be transparent and fair in all our promotions. In this case, we have followed the published Terms while also extending a goodwill action.

Outdated process and unreliable support – not recommended 4xc

I tried to open an account on 4XC to make large investments, but I was extremely disappointed. It’s 2025, yet they still require physical documents, completely ignoring the fact that digital documents like the Brazilian digital driver's license (CNH) and digital ID (RG) are legally accepted in Brazil.

Something so simple became unnecessarily complicated.

When I reached out to support, all I got was the same generic link to their platform, with no effective solution at all. If customer support is already this unhelpful during account creation, what should I expect if something really goes wrong?

This experience made me lose trust in 4XC, and I do not recommend this broker to anyone. There are far more modern, reliable, and customer-focused platforms out there. Stay away from this one.

Thank you for your feedback — although we were quite surprised by it.

Just to clarify: yes, we are very much aware it’s 2025, and yes, we do accept digital documents, including Brazil’s digital CNH and digital RG. What we don’t accept are blurry screenshots taken from another screen — compliance teams everywhere would agree that’s not exactly ideal for identity verification.

All we asked for was the official digital ID file in PDF format, as issued by the relevant authorities or exported directly from the app. That’s standard practice for any regulated financial institution.

We understand that compliance procedures can sometimes feel inconvenient, but they exist to protect both you and the integrity of our platform. In this case, the process was made complicated not by us, but by the refusal to follow basic verification steps.

We’re always happy to assist, but we do expect a minimum level of cooperation from clients — especially those looking to make “large investments.”

Tener en cuenta de que os van a cobrar…

Tener en cuenta de que os van a cobrar un 3% cada vez que querais retirar dinero con tarjeta. Yo no me fije y me cobraron 30 euros por retirar 1000. Si lo llego a ver no me habria registrado aqui.

That said, we do our best to be transparent and upfront. All deposit and withdrawal charges (including card-related ones) are clearly listed on our website under the **Funding** section. Unfortunately, card processors charge us significant fees — and for lower-volume accounts, those fees can eat up more than just our lunch, which is why we're unable to absorb them.

We always recommend checking the fee table before choosing your withdrawal method — and our team is also happy to help guide you to the most cost-effective option for your account anytime.

Never choose this broker.

The withdrawal time is 7-10 business days for credit card. Everywhere else it's instant. Don't let them scam you off of your money and your time lmao. It's a scammy broker. They also gave me a password that didn't work and the support does not help at all. They just copy paste messages. Stay away from them.
