Alles OK! Nichts zu bemängeln. Sowohl Support ,als auch Lieferung und Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Firstly, I will say the merchandise is legit. I was happy to get a hoodie that was impossible to get in the US. Also, I knew that ordering something from another country would take a little while. I expected something like, 6-10 days. It took 16 and that's with paying for express delivery. It took about 4 days to even process the order and I originally got sent a blank tracking link. I contacted the company through WhatsApp about it. They replied once and then failed to reply again. It took another 5 days to finally get a tracking number. Also, they said I would get a complimentary gift with my purchase and I did not receive it. All in all, the company is legit and you'll most likely get what you ordered. Just expect to wait a long while and don't expect to actually receive any free gift that's offered. It's probably just a ploy to make you go through with the order. This place is great for hard to find items. Plenty of great merchandise. Again, you just have to be extremely patient and you're going to have to pay a little bit of a premium. Whatever you do, don't pay for express shipping, you won't get your items any sooner.

Ich beantragte eine Rücksendung, bekam die entsprechenden Unterlagen und schickte am 5.1.2026 die Ware zurück. Da das Paket nicht zugestellt wurde versuchte ich den Kundenservice telefonisch zu erreichen. Das war nicht möglich!! Ich schickte eine Mail, einige Tage später bekam die die Antwort das Paket sei noch nicht angekommen. Aha 😤. Nach Rücksprache mit DHL, die mir mitteilen, dass der Empfänger mit ihnen Kontakt aufnehmen soll, schrieb ich die nächste Mail. Mit der entsprechenden Bitte DHL zu kontaktieren. Und seitdem, obwohl ich noch einmal nachgefragt hatte, passierte nichts!!! Ach ja, das Geld hat die Firma natürlich bereits. Für mich Abzocke, Finger weg von diesem unseriösen Unternehmen

I recieved my hat , and it look just as expected, i brought a hat thats hard to find , and its official , this isy second review , a notification brought me back here, and after reading a couple reviews. , i dont know what their issue was , but I highly recommend this company , im still very satisfied , and happy they came through for me.

El envío fue razonable, pero todo lo demás es un desastre. Anuncian “devolución gratuita” y luego no existe: si no vives en Alemania no te mandan ninguna etiqueta de logística inversa. La web para pedirla da error siempre y no lo arreglan. El posventa es cutre, no responden correos y por WhatsApp solo envían una etiqueta alemana que no sirve para nada. Los gastos de envío son absurdos para el servicio que dan. Las camisetas vienen con tallajes totalmente descontrolados, una M que parece una XXL y ni lo avisan. Todo está montado de forma chapucera para desgastar al cliente. Por muy bonitas que sean las gorras, es una tienda de la que conviene salir corriendo.

Was zunächst sehr ärgerlich und dubios war, wurde durch den Kundensupport dann doch noch mit viel Mühe und Freundlichkeit aufgefangen.

Ein super Shop. Ich wollte ein ganz bestimmtes NFL jersey haben und das gab es europaweit nur hier. Bei meinen weiteren Anliegen und Fragen, konnte mir der Support direkt helfen. Sehr freundlich und kompetent. Faire Preise, schnelle Lieferung. Alles top. Würde immerwieder hier bestellen.

I purchased what was described as a white hat (there were no other colour choices at the time) and ended up receiving a beige one instead. I initiated the return and informed them that they had sent the wrong one. They admitted the system showed that a white one hasd been sent. I followed up for my refund 12 days after tracking showed they had recieved the hat and they paid but after I said I wan't them to refund my return shipping costs, which was HALF of the purchase price, they replied that they sent me message saying "Hello,
we have delivered the righ t color, offwhit=beige". Unbelievable.

Trotz der gemischten Bewertungen habe ich mich trotzdem dazu entschieden, bei diesem Shop zu kaufen. Bei mir hat alles bestens funktioniert: Versand war schnell, Produkt wie beschrieben und gut verpackt.

100 % Weiterempfehlung.

Ich bestelle dort regelmäßig und bin sehr zufrieden

Später Versand und man bekommt andere Ware als die die man bestellt hat

No tracking link provided. Wait for days for an answer through WhatsApp.
They're supposed to answer after few hours but it takes them days. Even after providing the information they are still asking for the same information.
Still got no tracking link.

Update March 10th:
I haven't still received anything neither the product not a refund.
I got contacted asking me to modify the feedback on trustpilot. I took it as a condition from them if I want to get the refund. As I haven't received anything, I suppose I was right.
Not professionnel at all.

Update March 28th:
Got refunded around March 20th. As my review was not updated, 59caps.com flagged my comment for containing harmful and illegal content 😂. Helping future customers is considered illegal. Anyway the Colissimo service losing the package does not excuse the 10 days of waiting of a tracking link, it does not excuse the fact that I had to ask you about my package to get it sent twice.....After and before sale service is bad and flagging my comment is showing how little professional the 59caps.com site is.

I don't know why but the sellers are still flagging my past review twice already as defamatory but failed to make it disappear. Advice to owner: improve your way of working instead of focusing on an 6 months review. That would give you less and less credits instead.

Update 01/2026: 59caps.com tried to make trustpilot to delete this review saying I made a mistake and that the review belongs to another business 😂 😂 wow. For everyone the review is for 59caps.com and not another retail website.

Bei mir war wirklich alles einwandfrei. Ware kam sehr schnell an, alles so, wie ich es bestellt hatte. Leider war das T-Shirt zu klein, sodass ich es zurückschicken musste. Retourenlabel muss man auf der Seite beantragen ohne ein Rücksendeschein auszufüllen. Das fande ich zunächst was ungewöhnlich, allerdings hat es problemlos funktioniert. Habe heute die Bestätigung für die Rückzahlung erhalten. Ich kann nichts schlechtes über den Verkäufer sagen.

Kein Kontakt möglich. Sehr schlecht.
Werde über Amazon pay mein Geld zurück verlangen.
Der Shop meldet sich einfach nicht.

Ich hatte zwei Jacken bestellt, die Bestätigung kam umgehend. Eine der beiden Jacken war zu klein, und nach einer kurzen Mail erhielt ich ein Retourlabel. Der Ersatz kam innerhalb weniger Tage, und dies ohne dass ich auf Erstattung warten musste, um neu zu bestellen. Alles in allem kann ich nur sagen, dass ich sehr zufrieden bin.

"Ich habe bei diesem Shop einen Minnesota Vikings Pulli vorbestellt, der am 30. Oktober versendet werden sollte. Am 10. November rief ich das erste Mal an und wurde nur vertröstet: Angeblich seien die Pullis zwar eingetroffen, aber noch auf der Palette und würden „schnellstmöglich“ verschickt. Leider erhielt ich keine Versandbestätigung, und das Unternehmen war telefonisch nicht mehr erreichbar. Auf meine E-Mails kamen nur kurze und nichtssagende Antworten.

Schließlich musste ich den Artikel über WhatsApp stornieren, was noch einen zusätzlichen Tag in Anspruch nahm. Auch Klarna machte bei der Rechnungsabwicklung Probleme. Trotz mehrerer Versuche, zur Öffnungszeit telefonisch Kontakt aufzunehmen, wurde nur ein Anruf beantwortet.

Insgesamt wirkt das für mich unseriös, und ich kann das Unternehmen nicht empfehlen."

Meine Ware ist eine Vorbestellung gewesen und sollte Ende September kommen. Bis heute nicht da und geantwortet wurde sehr sehr spärlich.

Nach dieser Bewertung konnte dann soweit gut kommuniziert werden. Ein Teil der Ware wurde mir vorab geschickt. Leider musste das andere Teil storniert werden, weil die Ware nicht kommen wird. Schade. Aber gut. Das Geld wurde schnell erstattet.

3 Sterne gibt es weil es zunächst gar nicht gut lief und im Nachgang lief es dann wie es laufen muss.

je refuse parce que j’ai attendu et on est le 1 octobre toujours rien même pas de numéro de tracking je récupère la casquette et plus jamais je commande chez eux , et pour finir il annule ma commande de leur propre chef sans me prévenir

Der Shop ist wirklich sehr gut!!!
Die Kommunikation ist sehr angenehm und die Anliegen werden schnell und zufriedenstellend bearbeitet. Auch die Erreichbarkeit ist top. Antworten gibt es sogar per WhatsApp. Der eBay-Shop ist auch sehr empfehlenswert, dort wird genauso gearbeitet wie auf der eigenen Plattform.
