I am so grateful to have found 5 Hounds. My labrador Mya was diagnosed with diabetes and pancreatitis a couple of years ago. I tried so many foods but nothing seemed to get her blood sugar under control. Being a bit nervous to feed raw food, I discovered 5 Hounds lightly cooked and it was just what we needed. After 4 months on 5 Hounds her pancreatitis was healed and her blood sugar was under control. She also lost weight and at 14 years old is doing amazing!
My Bullmastiff and French Bulldog also get 5 Hounds now. They are both in beautiful condition and we have no problems at all with allergies, skin, digestive and tummy issues. They are all also a very healthy weight as they get the best nutrients and everything their body needs without the massive carb lads from kibble.
This food has been amazing and absolutely worth every cent.

"We have two dogs, one that has had Malassezia Dermatitis (7y.o.) that now appears to be gone and the other (9 y.o.) had a bout of pancreatitis bought on by a food change that was high in price but also unbeknown to us, very high in fat. We were doing a food change because we were travelling with our boys and hoped we wouldn't need refrigeration. Big expensive mistake! Prior to that we had been on a refrigerated food but it wasn't helping our boy with Dermatitis and their poos were like little marbles and the Cavoodle had to have his glands expressed. We met someone in a doggie park who mentioned his journey with 5 Hounds and thought we'd give it a go. We are still transitioning but the support from staff and Dr Will has been excellent. We have noticed poos are better quality. I would certainly recommend to other pet owners that like humans, pets thrive on quality whole foods which impact long term health. Call it preventative health care. It will be great when the packaging sizes are upgraded to better reflect smaller dogs needs."

Adding 5 Hounds pre-made to our fresh food rotation has had a marked effect on both my labradors, aged 8 1/2 and 20 months. I have raw fed my older girl for 7 years, but she is honestly better than she has been for ages - she seems to have more energy, more tail wags, far less gut issues and an even shinier coat. The younger one's yukky poo and gut issues (probably from early antibiotic use) have cleaned up and her gut has settled.
All I have done is swap out cheaper commercial pre-mades or DIY balanced home made to use 5 Hounds then others of similar quality for variety. As I used only 5 Hounds first, I know the positive changes were due to that. Excellent quality, excellent service, excellent results and convenient to use. For me, worth the cost.

I reached out to Will and the team from 5 hounds when I had recurrent inflammation and allergy issues with my Golden Retriever, Ned. He has been on 5 hounds since March and we have seen some great improvements with his health. The team is great to speak to and their service is excellent. Could not recommend 5 hounds more. The quality is great and It’s Ned’s favourite part of the day!

My dog Charli is an 11 year old spoodle. Since Charli has been with us from 8 weeks old, she has had digestive issues. And constant yeast problems in her ears. At least once every few weeks she was have a 24 hour episode of diarrhoea. And she would refuse food on a regular basis.

We have tried cooking her food ourselves, every type of dry kibble for dogs with digestive issues, hundreds if not thousands of dollars on supplements and probiotics over the years. But always she would be ok for a few weeks then back to eating grass and runny stools.

We started Charli on 5 hounds food 4 months ago and we couldn’t be happier. Nothing makes you more excited than seeing your dog do a good poo!! No more embarrassing diarrhoea episodes at the dog park! She finally has a healthy appetite for food! She cleans up her bowl every morning. No more itchy ears and skin. She is a happier dog and it shows!

I highly recommend giving it a go if your dog has digestive issues. I only wish I had started her on this food earlier. Thankyou Dr. Will and team.

My Italian Greyhound Indigo has never really enjoyed her food, I always had to add treats to encourage her to finish her bowl. Not anymore.... She loves 5 hounds and licks her bowl clean.
The first thing I noticed is that the food is very lightly cooked, it still has blood in it. It screams quality, and I love that in includes organ meat. I think this is what separates it from the other similar (over)cooked dog food brands. It must be much more appealing to dogs, as my dog didn't like the other brands.

Indigo has been on 5 hounds for 3 months now and the changes are already very apparent:
1. Her poos are firm, she poops more often and no smell. No more stomach upsets.
2. Her coat is much softer with less odour.
3. Her breath is fresher.
4. Her teeth are cleaner naturally.
5. Her energy levels are more constant. She used to have crazy zoomie episodes but now she's calmer.

Thank you Dr Will for bringing such a great product to market! Indigo and I are very happy, and I can't wait to see the long term health benefits.

Angus an old english sheepdog, went onto 5 hounds later in life, but after a few months his coat was purely transformed!
From having to brush him daily and still matting went to not even needing a weekly brush, had to have come from within and it was 5 hounds ❤️❤️

Our dog is an elderly rescue who had terrible stomach problems and was the fussiest eater ever when we got her. Fast forward 3 years and after trial and error we have had her on 5 hounds for about 12 months now. All her symptoms have gone, she is full of energy and loves her meals. Dr Will responded personally and quickly to a couple of queries we had and we couldn’t be happier

Our Jack Russell is incredibly fussy, and she is completely converted!! I love that it’s hydrating her whilst she eats and that she licks the bowl clean shows she loves it too!
Good poo’s, amazing coat and clean teeth. Also love the packaging, takes up less space in the freezer than other brands we have tried. Easy to use, but 1 500g pack contains two 250g meals for our small dog, which involves feeding half and transferring other half to container for second nights meal. Good value and peace of mind we are looking after our little girl. Highly recommend.

The food quality is excellent. You know exactly where the meat is from and the ingredients in their food. My dogs health have improved. Delivery is efficient and easy to change dates and addresses. I especially appreciate 5 Hounds do not spend money on expensive marketing campaigns and they have absorbed the rising costs so far. I would love if they produced a dry food too!

My whippet Alfie just loves all of the protein varieties of 5 Hounds. He gets so excited for mealtimes that he does the excited sighthound teeth chatter. The packs contain lots of fruit and vegetables and plenty of meat. His coat is soft and shiny and no more loose poo problems. They are are easy to store in the freezer and defrost quickly in the fridge. Alfie highly recommends 5 Hounds.

Hazel has loved 5hounds food, we currently feed her goat & kangaroo. Great customer service and straight forward subscription service.

Fantastic food, helped my fussy boy transition to fresh food feeding, prior to feeding 5Hounds i was struggling to find a meal that he would eat second time offering, I highly recommend 5Hounds.

Chico loves his fresh food from another brand. Out of curiosity, I decided to try 5 Hounds Starter Box. It's not only cheaper but you can really see the meat and veggies in the meal. Transition was smooth and the best part is that My Boy leaves his bowl so shiny and still licking even if it's all finished. So now, I decided to switch to 5 Hounds

I couldn't be happier with 5 Hounds. My dog is 10 years old and has been on a raw diet almost her entire life, so finding a food that meets high standards and keeps her interested isn't easy - especially because she's a bit fussy eater.
Switching to 5 Hounds has been an absolute game changer:
1) She's shedding extra weight in a steady way.
2)Her fur is noticeably shinier and soft.
3)She completely devours her bowl.
To be honest, the price was slightly above my budget, but given the exceptional quality, it's actually very fairly priced.

My three dogs love the food and are doing well on it. I used to prepare fresh food for them myself, muscle meat,offal, fruit and vegetables.I tried 5 Hounds when my kitchen was being renovated and I had nowhere to prepare their meals. Honestly,I wouldn't go back to preparing the meals myself. 5 Hounds makes it so easy and I don't have to worry about the correct proportions of offal meats as 5 Hounds does it all. The food is always delivered exactly on time and completely frozen.

Rusty absolutely loves his 5 Hounds meals! We've always believed that fresh, raw food is the best option for dogs, but I never wanted to prepare his meals myself because I worried I might unintentionally leave out important nutrients. With 5 Hounds, I have complete peace of mind knowing that Rusty is getting a fresh, balanced diet with everything he needs. I wanted to try 5 Hounds for my Labrador x cocker spaniel. He has a lot of sensitivities with food despite his Labrador appetite for all things food. He absolutely loves all the flavours and has had no issues at all. Even the red, game meats (which usually are an issue) have been great with no issues. The quality is great and the convenient flat packed freezer meals work well.

I have found the food great, and my dog loves it; she's losing weight (as she needed to). I can choose my delivery date and time, and we are kept informed of its location, as well as a 2-hour window of when it will arrive. Great product!
