I purchased a TV unit which was not


I purchased a TV unit which was not delivered. Through many emails and attempts to get feedback I was told the courier had lost my delivery and the product I ordered was no longer in stock. I asked for a refund but have not had a response after many attempts. I have not received a refund. I have taken this to Dept of fair Traiding.
Please be aware this is a purely online business...there is no way to call and speak to someone so if something goes wrong you will need to send an email which of course can be ignored and you have no other way to make contact. It is time consuming and frustrating to get an issue resolved (taking the matter to a consumer body).

We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience.

Unfortunately, your TV unit was lost in transit by the courier. After investigating the matter, we confirmed that we no longer had the same model available to send as a replacement.

To resolve the situation, we offered you a complimentary upgrade to a more expensive TV unit at no additional cost, or alternatively, a full refund if you preferred. After considering the options, you chose to proceed with the refund, which we have arranged.

We understand this was a frustrating experience, and we're sorry for the inconvenience caused. While situations like this are rare, we always aim to provide fair and reasonable solutions when issues outside our control occur. Throughout the process, we remained in contact by email, typically responding within 24 hours while we worked to investigate the courier's loss and provide a resolution.

Product was as described but had a small stain on the fabric.
Tommy Swiss were quick to rectify the matter and we resolved the issue quickly to our satisfaction

The quality of their beds are atrocious.

The quality of their beds are atrociously poor. I've had my bed for just over a month and the frame has warped and screws are all threaded. The bed is unusable. I've contacted customer support via email twice and chats and I've had no reply or response in over 48 hours. Avoid this business at all costs.

I was worried as you can only contact


I was worried as you can only contact them through email but they actually replied with a detailed and helpful answer within the hour. I was relieved and impressed by their efficiency. Quality is also great. Just needed an explanation on the hydraulic struts for the bed frame

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company! We ordered a bed weeks ago and have received no communication from the company whatsoever. Their courier has reported the item damaged in transit 10 days ago and have not received any instructions from the company. I have lodged two service tickets asking for a refund and no reply. Absolute joke and no phone number to speak with anyone. Ticket id 632217 632398. Have since purchased elsewhere and bed was delivered in two days.
