Have ordered from here a few times over the years and always impressed w the quality. Only had one issue w an order where a wrong size was shipped in error and it was a super easy convo to get it resolved.

It never really shipped…
Almost three weeks later and it still isn’t even in the mail. After an email asking where it was I received a shipping notification, but over a week later it still hasn’t been given to USPS. I’m starting to worry this is a scam.
*update* my order did eventually ship and arrive safely, although I didn’t get a reply to my customer service email until well after that finally happened. My son loves the hat but we would not order again due to all the delays and lack of communication. If you can’t ship something or respond to emails for weeks, be upfront about it to manage customer expectations.

Ordered a sweater from 5pillars. Once received, I realized that I had ordered a larger size than I would’ve preferred. Reach out to the company and they quickly responded offering to swap sizes for me. Fantastic experience and quick to respond!

I'm wearing one of my 5ivepillars shirts right now, and I'm really impressed. It's been through multiple washes and still looks brand new. You couldn't ask for better quality!
I'd love to see more styles, but overall, I'm super happy with my purchases. I'll definitely be buying more from them.

Repeat Customer’s Thoughts
I have ordered from 5ivepillars five times at this point, and I keep coming back because of how much I love the products and customer service. If is an issue with my order, they will contact me and ask me how to make it right, and are very generous with their return policy. I have had to change my shipping addresses twice after ordering and they are very happy to help. The products being as great as they are is just the cherry on top. I will keep ordering from them and supporting their business as long as I can.

I would give you a 5 but I had ordered…
I would give you a 5 but I had ordered 2 hoodies and only received one. I had reached out right away via email as it’s the only form of communication regarding orders. It took a few weeks - after multiple attempts, to get a response back. I finally received my second hoodie after a month. I would say be better at communicating. Otherwise my daughter and I are happy with the hoodies.
