I worked with the design part of the company for a custom 5S KPI board, they sent me the design and I approved the design but when board arrived they sent me their original board with no customizations. I called customer service and they refused to help me or send me the correct board just a refund for the board but not the shipping! do not use this company as they will screw you.

Advertised as “Hassle Free Returns” and “100% Satisfaction Guarantee” but it’s a lie! For being a product that you have to try to find out if you are satisfied, they won’t accept the return because they can’t resell it. The white sheet only smears and won’t trace/mark. The foam won’t cut and just rips/tears. I have no clue how you are supposed to trace and cut tools when a square is hard enough to get out of it. It says nothing in their Shipping and Returns section about THE CUSTOMER paying shipping back to get a refund. So after attempting to use ONE of the 16 foam sheets, I can only return/refund 15 of the 16 that I ordered, and I HAVE to pay $100+ in shipping back to them?? These boxes are huge and they’re going to resell the foam! I’m not losing out on $200 for a horrible, falsely advertised product that I don’t have or use! It is nothing BUT a hassle and I am WAY past just not satisfied. This is asinine!
