This review refers to 5 Star Parking
Late to collect my car, no details given for collection. On return, rang the mobile no. once I had collected baggage. No company message, no reply, mailbox full. Kept trying and eventually got through. Then waited about 30 mins. Now I have a fine from a hotel car park for a day and half that my car was left in their car park while I was abroad. DO NOT USE

Two major reasons for not recommending:
1. They lost my car key, had a new one cut and then didn't tell me. When I called them after they admitted what they'd done and tried to reassure me that the missing key can't be used anymore. I'm not sure if this is true and if I should be worried that my car is about to be stolen
2. They were 25mins later than the time I requested which meant I was waiting for 55mins at 11pm because my flight was early.

Also worth noting that you have to add £15 to any quote to pay for access to the short stay car park

I'd used 5 Star Meet & Greet previously without issues, but my last experience was far from satisfactory.

What Happened:
Drop-off went smoothly, but collection was a different story. Upon my return, the driver delivering my car insisted on helping with my bags, despite me politely declining. His insistence felt unusual and made me uncomfortable.

When I arrived home, I discovered a dent above the wheel arch that was not there before my trip. In hindsight, I believe the driver's insistence on "helping with my bags" was a deliberate distraction to prevent me from inspecting my car on-site.

Resolution:
I tried to contact 5 Star Meet & Greet to address the damage but received no response.

Lesson Learned:
Always inspect and take detailed photos or videos of your car both at drop-off and collection.

This experience has taught me to be extra cautious, particularly when a company’s staff exhibits unexpected behaviour.
