Great quality product

Great quality product. Shipment to the UK is relatively slow but this is to be expected now however, there are no additional charges for this. Overall I am very satisfied with the quality and service provided by this supplier and would happily purchase from them again.

Buonasera, ho riscontrato difficoltà nel contattare l'azienda telefonicamente e via mail visto che non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Il prodotto presenta nella parte visibile una finitura pessima caratteristica che normalmente nei pezzi in carbonio oltre alla leggerezza e al peso Ú una parte molto importante. sono molto deluso

Salve la ringraziamo per la sua recensione, effettivamente ha ragione in merito alla finitura, lei ha ordinato un pezzo in vetroresina come scritto nel nome prodotto e nell' ordine, crediamo sia normale non abbia le parvenze del carbonio. Inoltre siamo chiusi fino al 27 anche se il servizio spedizione Ú rimasto attivo, siamo spiacenti per l’inconveniente.
una cortesia , potrebbe eliminare la recensione dato che non abbiamo fatto nessun errore cortesemente?

Ho sbagliato ad inserire l’indirizzo di spedizione e,dopo aver comunicato il mio errore, il pacco Ú attivato nel posto giusto.

Carbonio buono ...incompatibilità sù un


Carbonio buono ...incompatibilità sù un lato del forcellone ho dovuto fare molte limatura con smeriglio per far aderire ma non ho ottenuto un risultato al 100 % molte imperfezioni mi sono dovuto accontentare dato che altri concorrenti non avevano questo prodotti.....per questo devo consolarmi....

salve, siamo spiaciuti di non essere stati contattati prima, effettivamente Ú un prodotto nuovo ,testato da noi monta molto bene, se ci avesse contattato al info@666carbon.com o al watsapp 3667262210 per verificarne il problema ne saremo stati lieti cosi magari da poter migliorare o notare una esisgenza di cui eravamo all'oscuro.
ad ogni modo la ringrazziamo per la sua recensione e la cortesia nel aver atteso il prodotto nuovo.

Copri tela ordinati il 9 settembre Ú arrivati il 27 un po' di attesa ma ne Ú valsa veramente la pena anche perché si capisce che sono pezzi fuori produzione ed essendo che non c'Ú una gran richiesta logicamente non li avevano pronti consegna ma mi hanno avvisato dal piccolo ritardo con molta serietà e professionalità e il pacco Ú arrivato a casa integro e con due bei pezzi in carbonio bellissimi super contento e soddisfatto del prodotto

terreble quality of the part, looks like s...t and not like good carbon part, absolutely terrible finish of the part, no polishing, scratches etc... also very bad packaging, it was a miracle that ut came in one piece

absolutely not satisfied, lost money!

they also were so lazy that they forgot to add all needed lines in address sticker, so the parcel was lost for some time!

we have not been notified of any delay, shipped with dhl on the 5th delivered on the 15th of the same month, if it has not arrived broken it is because the packaging was fine and because we use good couriers, certainly not thanks to a miracle.
There are two types of finishing for these instrument holders, the manual carbon chosen by you and the autoclave at double the cost.
the piece is among the best sellers, we had no other complaints.
we are sorry that you have had this problem.
however, we invite everyone to contact us through all our channels for problem solving, email, watzapp, website or telephone contacts.
we are certainly not lazy.

Pensavo che il prodotto, una carena grezza fosse un pò più rifinita ma probabilmente era solo una mia idea, il pezzo Ú solido e lavorato bene, solo qualche crepetta estetica nel gelcoat.

la ringraziamo per la sua recensione,
solitamente quando i prodotti non sono presenti in magazzino riusciamo a creare e spedire in 10 giorni, nel suo caso purtroppo siamo nel periodo di riapertura delle ferie estive e abbiamo un carico di lavoro un pò più lungo, quindi spedire nei 15 comunque previsti post ordine.
ci stiamo organizzando per essere ancora più veloci in un futuro.

So no search for a solution.

I regret that on 2 e-mails sent, none gave an answer - and even less, on the second which mentioned a problem on the fixing of a seat fearing... very difficult to insert, if not by forcing (a lot! ) to succeed. So no search for a solution. Too bad, because the product itself is well finished and solid.
