Driver came over 20+ minutes late, the support team consistently pretended he was outside waiting.

When we had sent picture evidence to prove he wasn’t, they then stated he was delayed and it was out of their control.

When the driver did arrive, he didn’t inform us that he was going to another hotel to drop off a bag, causing further delays for us. Despite us informing him we were already very late.

DO NOT BOOK, awful service, avoid at all costs. We booked through booking.com, please avoid this provider.

Sind nicht von Alanya wie vereinbart abgeholt worden. Kommunikation über WhatsApp sehr umständlich. Mussten nach 1 Stunde Wartezeit ein Taxi zum Flughafen Antalya nehmen😡

Wir sind eine große Familie und haben schon oft über Transfer 724 gebucht. Bisher waren wir zufrieden, aber diesmal waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Am 14.09.2025 um 2:15 Uhr fuhren wir von Mahmutlar Alanya nach Antalya flughafen. Der Fahrer war äußerst unfreundlich, hat unsere Fragen nicht beantwortet und uns sogar gesagt, dass wir im Auto nicht reden dürfen. Während der gesamten Fahrt fühlten wir uns respektlos behandelt. Nach dieser Erfahrung müssen wir ernsthaft überlegen, ob wir künftig wieder über Transfer 724 buchen – denn leider sind manche Fahrer wirklich unfreundlich.

Gebt lieber etwas mehr Geld aus!
Ich hatte ein Bustransfer gebucht.
Wir mussten 90!!! Minuten warten - bei 38 Grad am Mittag - bis alle Passagiere da waren .
Wir haben keine weitere Information bekommen, auf Nachfrage wann es los geht, kam die Antwort „bald“ da waren es noch einmal 45 Minuten.
Man hätte uns in den klimatisierten Flughafen zurück schicken können oder wenigstens eine Flasche Wasser geben können.
Beim Rücktransfer kam der Fahrer 30 Minuten zu spät und hat versucht die Zeit wieder aufzuholen . Er ist so schnell und rücksichtslos gefahren, dass ausnahmslos alle Mitreisende froh waren, das wir am Flughafen ohne Unfall angekommen sind.
Ein Privattransfer mit dieser Firma hatte ich auch schon einmal gebucht, der war damals okay.
Aber nach unserem diesjährigen Aufenthalt in der Türkei steht fest, 724 Transfer werde ich nicht noch einmal buchen.

Review: Dangerous and Traumatizing Taxi Experience in Fethiye

We had a terrifying experience with a taxi transfer in Fethiye that should never happen to anyone.

Our group of six people, including two minors, was supposed to be taken to the airport as part of our pre-booked transfer from Liberty Fabay. Instead of taking the usual route, the driver of one of the minibuses suddenly turned off the main road and drove us deep into a remote, forested area—completely the wrong direction from the airport.

Despite repeated requests to take us to the airport, the driver ignored us. He drove on rough, unpaved paths, eventually getting stuck in sand on a deserted beach. We were trapped there for almost an hour. We were scared, confused, and helpless. The minors had panic attacks. It felt like we were being abducted.

Thanks to a miracle and the help of our UK travel agent, we managed to walk a few kilometers back to a main road, where we reunited with the second transfer and made it to the airport.

This was a traumatic experience. We have reported everything to the local police and provided them with evidence: GPS location, photos, videos, and witness accounts. We are demanding answers—why were we taken there, and for what purpose?

Please be extremely cautious when booking transfers in Fethiye. What happened to us could have ended far worse.

We have used this transfer company a few times now and they have always been 100% reliable. Always on time and excellent communication. We have booked direct snd also via Hoppa and no issues.
Prices are reasonable,
Vehicles are clean and new and staff friendly and helpful.

Kein Verständnis für kunden wollte meinen Rücktransfer zeit ändern Da die Zeit falsch angegeben war .
Bei dem Schriftfeld Notiz habe ich die Flugnummer angegeben und gebeten dass die Zeit angepasst werden soll leider keine Reaktion Der Fahrer kam zur falschen Zeit per Telefon wollten sie von nichts wissen.
Mußte mit Taxi zum Flughafen.

Had a horrible experience today. 724 transfer have changed the departure time for 30 min earlier at the morning with sending only one whatsapp message late at the evening a day before leave. Of courser we've missed this message.

At the morning the driver was calling and said "hurry up" very rudely, so we rushed downstairs in 5 min, but the bus was already gone!

The support was very rude, claiming it's "our fault" and refused to refund!

Worst transfer experience ever, lots of stress and nerves. Avoid it any costs. I will keep demanding refund and posting this review everywhere I can.

Ich habe dieses Unternehmen am 12.10.24 zum ersten Mal genutzt(sonst andere Unternehmen) und kann es in meinem Fall zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Buchung über die Homepage einfach, bei Rückfragen über WhatsApp sehr gut erreichbar und es wird schnell geantwortet. Vor dem Transfer wurde ich über WhatsApp mit allen Informationen kontaktiert. Mein Flug hatte leider 1h Verspätung und es war kein Problem. Ich wurde pünktlich in einem komfortablen E-Auto am Flughafen abgeholt und zuverlässig ohne Stopps zum Hotel gebracht. Vielen Dank an die nette Fahrerin Yeliz: Sie ging auf meine Wünsche ein auch wenn sie nur türkisch verstand. Sie ist eine freundliche, engagierte und zuverlässige Fahrerin. Ich hoffe, dass Sie auch meinen Transfer zurück durchführen kann.

Der Rücktransfer am 22.10.24 vom Hotel zum Flughafen verlief ohne Probleme. Fahrer überpünktlich da, E-Auto komfortabel leider ohne Wlan und super gut am Flughafen angekommen.

Driver came to wrong place. Didn’t answer the phone. While pregnant woman with bag was looking for car through all nearest buildings passed 15 min. Finally she found but that time driver said I wait you 15 minutes now I will not take you go by taxi. And went. In call center the also can’t talk with customers just screaming and making guilty. The most disgusting company. ATM transfer much more better

I have used this service 18 times between Alanya and Gaziapazza Alanya Airport GZA and Antalya airport and the service is competitive. Today a young man came at 5.05 am right on time and delivered my Spanish girl friend to AYT
Listen you may read only complaints here. But please be sure they use qualified caring drivers have the best cars and have Excellent insurance. A taxi costs 2x or 3xs as much. Now you need to be ontime contact them on Whats App or Telegram immediately if any problems.

I booked a transfer from my hotel in Belek to Antalya airport through hoppa, the local provider was 724 transfer.
I never received a pickup time, no info at all. No contact data either.

I ended up taking a taxi the night of departure 4 hours before my flight was on as until then I hadn't heard a beep from the provider.
An hour later, i.e. 3 hours before the flight I received a call from the provider via whatsapp telling me that they would NOW be ready to pick me up. So they did have my contacts all along?! Three hours with an hour traveling time is cutting it close so they probably knew I wouldn't just be waiting that long but take a taxi.
I think they just gamble that people will take a taxi if they don't receive a pickup time so they don't have to go through with the transfer and then do that last-minute call so they can "prove" that they were actually providing the transfer and keep the money ...
I'm not even sure they were at the hotel. Maybe that call just comes from the office.

Been using 724 for the last year and a half, brilliant from the airport to destination but then on return, omg the stress mostly lates especially 1 that was over an hour late and the last straw booked for 8.50 return to airport I was stood outside from 8.30 to be told at 9.15 via WhatsApp 2 mins they'll be there another 10 mins passed for them to drive right past me without stopping. I text them back was met with lies that they had been waiting outside for a good 10 mins and I was a no show . So No they will not come back for me . I was left stranded alone with the only alternative to pay 50 euros to get myself to airport. I really thought 724 were safe but as a single female traveller on the verge of missing my flight all recommendations for my friends and family will be taken back . Disappointed especially with the lies

We ordered a mini bus for 11 people (3 infants added) and added a comment that we needed baby 3 chairs.

The minibus only had 10 seats and we could only get 1 baby chair. We explained that it's not what we ordered and they said 'no problem, we will cancel the order'.

We discussed some more and got a new car with +11 seats, but kept saying '1 baby chair per car'. After a while they said the driver would drive to the office (2 minutes away) to get one more baby chair.

After 10 minutes and realizing that the driver wasn't driving to the office, we confronted the driver (who didn't speak english, but knew what was going on). He started laughing to our faces and this is where I had enough. I yelled at him and he stopped the car instantly and said something about the police, but instead called the office. We talked with them and now they said that another transfer car would meet up with us and they had an extra baby chair. That was a lie as well and during the entire +3 hour trip a 1-year-old had to sit on his mom lap.

Vi har med stor succes tidligere brugt 724 uden problemer. MEN i denne gang fejlede de. Vi havde bestilt afhentning kl 6.20 i Alanya - men ingen transfer kom. Og tiden gik. Chaufføren ringede hvor vi blev af - vi forsøgte at forklare at vi stod udenfor komplexet og ventede. Han viste ikke hvor vi var. Vi ringede til kundeservice som kun talte tyrkisk, blev henvist til WhatsApp. Vi sendte adressen hvor vi skulle hentes. Ind imellem autosvarene kom et billede retur af en bil på en mark med teksten at chaufføren havde ventet på os i 20 min! Vi fik en tyrker til at ringe til kundeservice men der tog de ikke telefonen længere. Det var det sidste vi hørte fra dem. Tiden gik og vi blev til sidst nødsaget til at tage en taxa til Antalya lufthavn, hvilket er væsentligt dyre end transferen.
…aldrig igen kommer vi til at bruge 724transfer.com. Denne stressende situation hvor vi ikke viste om vi ville nå vores fly og mangel på kundeservice, vil vi ikke udsætte os selv for igen…

These people did not come to collect me. they say i was not there my pickup time was 20.20 however to be safe i stood outside main doors from19.50 until 20.20 I was standing with the security woman whom became concerned when i had waited so long and tried to help me phone the transfer company. Kindly the Hotel Reception phoned the transfer company only to be met with a long complex menu. There was another transfer company that arrived at 8.10 and he had waited 30 mins for his passengers and had asked me several times my name and which transfer company I was waiting for. He saw Reception struggling to get to speak to anyone in the transfer company and Kindly said he would just take me as it was getting to close for the flight time. Then when i get to the airport i see they had messaged me at 8.47 to say 10 mins away then deleated the message and insist they were there all along. So being late forgivable but making up lies and pretending they were there SO DISHONEST. It is all on the Hotel CCTV me standing there from 19.50 yet 724 say i was not. TOTAL DISHONEST> NEVER EVER BOOK HERE IF THEY DO NOT SHOW UP THEY WILL MAKE FAKE NO SHOW REPORTS SO YOU CAN NOT CLAIN THEY DID NOT ARRIVE.

Oseriöst företag går ej att lira på.buss skulle hämta oss 07:10 väntade till 08:30 .turkisktalande telefoner påstod chaufför inte hittade då struntade de i oss så kan man lösa problematiken. Akta er för detta bolag!
