was greeted and served by Emma. she brought such a positive energy and was so helpful. a real nice lady and made our experience so much better

so tonight we thought we would go out and enjoy a meal together. (Myself,my son,daughter in law and granddaughter (aged 2), the first meal out for a long time!. On arrival we were told to expect an hour wait but that they were over estimating and more likely to be 45 mins. Ok while that is a long wait for what is essentially a fast food burger bar, we were looking forward to this so decided to wait, bearing in mind the temp outside is 38 deg. We came back to check after an hour had passed only to be told that it would now be at least another hour!!!.. that is just totally unacceptable to expect a family with a young child to wait 2 hours for a BURGER!!!!!! Seriously what is wrong??? You really need to address this as it is very poor service. I could get a Mitchellin star meal in less time. I will not bother coming again as you give misleading and incorrect jnformation at the door to try and keep your custom flowing... well I am flowing down river to another Burger house where I can rely on the service. Very very very disappointed. This was at your Southampton branch.

Omg 7 Bone (Bournemouth) how I’ve missed you !
Went for a well needed meal on fri.night and it didn’t disappoint . Delicious food as always , great service our waitress Liv was very professional , friendly and nothing was too much trouble , all looked very good clean/use of PPE etc , the only thing I’d say is that it was quite hot downstairs , maybe some fans would help !

Bad takeaway experience
Using their click and collect service at Eastbourne wasn’t great. The collection process doesn’t allow for to checkImg the order is complete before leaving. When I got home to find one burger was missing and the fries are soggy, I called to request a refund of the cost of the missing burger. The person I spoke to apologised but didn’t make any refund. It’s overpriced food but I can’t comment on the quality of their burgers because I didn’t have one to eat. A bad family meal. I won’t be visiting this place again. Sorry
