Never recieved my item, big scammers

If I can give them a zero star that would still be too high.
Bought a bunch of Funkos , 3 were damaged
They tell me they have a grading system and they say the funkos are in good condition
One hand a dented corners another has a corner that’s ripped , etc
Terrible customer service

Funko Pop arrivato in condizioni perfette, come da descrizione. Ho acquistato su questo sito perchè aveva l'articolo che cercavo al prezzo migliore su internet. E' difficile per un collezionista Funko trovare Pop usciti solo in America perchè poi con le spedizioni ed i dazi doganali viene sempre fuori una cifra esorbitante. Mi sono trovato benissimo e lo consiglio!

Funko pop besteld vanuit Belgium, vond deze enkel hier tegen een aanvaardbare prijs en de verzendkosten naar Belgie waren zeker schappelijk. 2 weken later in perfecte conditie aangekomen, zeer goed verpakt,ook zeer goede track&trace.
Kortom zeer tevreden, zal hier zeker nog bestellen!

DO NOT order from this company. They have the most terrible customer service and they gaslight me when I spoke my concerns. This company is full of rude and narcissist people, especially Armin and Csrae who are the biggest narcissists of them all. WORST funko pop place I ever did business with. This company needs to shut down. I would give them less than a 1 star rating but sadly, 1 star is the lowest rating here. DO NOT waste your money unless you don’t mind them gaslighting you and disrespecting you. Highly NOT recommended

Amazing company based in the US. All my orders have been well packaged and their communication is excellent. I love their Saturday pop drops.

Fantastic company to deal with. Absolutely love their Pop Shields, all of my collection goes into one. Really responsive to questions; the last time I shot them a message on IG I got an answer within 5 minutes. Can't say enough great things, keep it up guys!
