Made a purchase, never received items, tracking shows Joe Bloggs never sent the items to Royal Mail, emails are totally ignored.

DO NOT USE THEY ARE TOTALLY UNRELIABLE! TAKE YOUR MONEY & DON'T DELIVER!
Been shopping with this company for years. Recently they sent wrong items, I sent the items back. I tried emailing ringing but they have never responded. They owe me over £30 & think only way to get my money back is to take them to court & contact Trading Standards.

Never had a problem with them until recently,they didn’t have what I ordered so sent me one of them instead of a full box when I paid £18 the item sent only cost £1.99 so it’s safe to say I got ripped off there,feel quite hesitant to buy from here now which is a shame as I’ve been a customer for about 6/7 years without any problems.

I have used this company 4 times before never had a problem always delivered on time and sent what I ordered and asked for,but I have placed and order on the 8th November and not received anything !! I have rang a number of times it goes to a Tesco mobile voice mail I have sent a few emails with reference to my order and still not heard a thing I would like my money back 🤔😞

Non existing customer services. Ignored. I ordered a box or 12 items, got 1 single item and zero response. Online form ignored. Emails ignored. Phone number doesn't work. Avoid at all costs. I notice someone else had the same issue with wrong items dispatched so I suspect it's a scam

Ordered two boxes of raw got two single packs instead....no email response shoddy company avoid at all costs. Or get ripped off

Used a few times , always spot on .
