Easy to use and fast, with competitive pricing.

Put my daughters bike in for repair. Great effort by Max the mechanic to repair the derailleur rather than replace. Working perfectly now.

The guys at the front counter were very helpful & shared they're knowledge regarding the parts i had ordered online for my bike.

Damian is a credit to the world of cycling. He spent so much time with us today, explaining, the bike experience, the differences in types, sizes a great learning experience. Had a test drive. 99 bikes had the equipment that I was having difficulty locating in other store.
The goods were shipped for collection t my local store much more quickly than expected.

I rang 99Bikes in Bayswater and felt that salesman Ric was extremely helpful, though they did not have the bike that we were enquiring about assembled, when we came in he was more than helpful making sure we got the right bike and size we needed, when we picked up the bike he made sure it was adjusted to the height of the rider and was helpful but not pushy in deciding what accessories were needed, highly recommend the service provided.
