The gentleman who stayed back to change my daughters tire and put on the new pegs, just so I wouldn't have to come back another day, your customer service was excellent! I have, and will continue to recommend you to family and friends.

My husband purchased a e-bike but unfortunately with his very bad back it was not suitable, what a very helpful and pleasant experience we had with 99 bikes. Could not recommend them enough.

Harry very knowledgeable, provided most cost effective and best outcome by repairing my bent derailleur hangar rather than replacing my derailleur as I had assumed would be needed.

Great experience ordering a set of tri bars that were special order. Upon receiving and installing, there were minor defects that weren’t apparent when I collected the order. An email or two later and a resolution that was satisfactory was reached without any fuss. Fantastic customer service and after sales support.

Hi I own an electric bike and in the past I made general enquiries about cost and
availability of spare parts and I would like to point out your staff member Harry was always friendy and helpful and he even showed me if I wanted to do some of the work my self.I felt more confident if the repair work was made by him.Harry was aware that I ride on a daily basis and did the work for me the same day within a couple of hours adjusting me bikes's gears as well.I feel I have received a very honest service at a reasonable cost at this place.I highly recomend 99 bikes repair mechanics at Carrum Downs.

This is the best bike shop I have ever been to for service and advice, all the staff go out of their way to give you the expert knowledge and common sense advice, I would recommend this shop to everyone.

I got 99 problems but a bike ain't one... unfortunately.

Very disappointed after visiting Carrum Downs store today. After speaking with a very helpful guy in the workshop, we decided that the cost of servicing and improving my wife's bike wasn't worth it and he suggested she would be better off spending that money on a new bike.

We made it clear what our budget was, but both of thesales people we spoke to refused to shop us bkes in that range and instead showed us more expensive bikes. One even told us that their heaper bikes were very poor quality and not worth it!

Needless to say we left without spending a cent in the store, despite having money to spend today.

Had what i wanted. And explained what i needed to know.

The level of service I received when I came in store to collect my daughters bike was sensational. From the greeting right through to checking over the fully assembled bike.

99 bikes have always been great I’ve bought my kids bikes from here first bikes as gifts and they are Fantastic to help you choose a bike and putting it together and even called you in in after a month or so to do a tune up on the bike for me these guys are great abd great service and I’m even going to go back by myself a bike

Ordered an Allen two bike carrier online from Perth, before travelling to Melbourne. Picked it up a couple of days later in Carrum Downs, the store had it all sorted for a Sunday morning pick up. Couldn’t be easier! Rack did the job of transporting a wheeled walking frame on the back of a small SUV with four people on board. Far cheaper than roof racks.

Great experience in carrum downs store today, Ariel was super helpful having an answer for everything I asked, showed me all I needed to know about the bike and explained things clear as day big thumbs up 👍

Generally speaking the service was not too bad, however, since finally getting a chance to ride the bike I’ve noticed that the derailleurs are not adjusted properly (first ride) and are constantly catching on the chain and changing gears is not as seamless as it should be, which is seriously frustrating because I feel I shouldn’t be riding the bike as I reckon it would be causing excessive wear/damage on the derailleurs and chain, therefore making the 6 week service redundant because they want everything to settle in.

Thule 3 bike carrier is an excellent carrier for e-bikes. While it was not in stock it was delivered quickly to our local store.

Very smooth experience. The people at the shop are very open and friendly waiting to help people out. I would reccomend this store for anyone and everyone.

Click & collect makes shopping easier ,staff attentive and helpful when arriving at store.
