Conor and the team at 99 Bikes Fitzroy are bloody fantastic. I recently bought a new bike and many other bits and pieces. The service is exceptional, and the team are a joy to deal with. I couldn't recommend this team more.

unprofessional and incompetent. i went to pickup my bike in fitzroy north on australia day, a woman working there tried to overcharge me, when i already paid FULL amount online, 3 weeks before. had to wait more than 20 mins for another staff to sort it out, then the woman was giving me attitude when i asked about tubes, and gave me the wrong tube.

The staff contacted me to ask if a cheaper model would be better but I wanted the one I ordered, I was impressed they offered. The goods were available quickly and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful.

This morning my son purchased everything he needed to clean his new mountain bike - chain cleaner, frame cleaner, chain lube and (unfortunately) a set of Weldtite Bike Cleaning Brush Set x3.

The brushes were recommended by the staff, but when my son used them to clean his bike they scratched the crap out of the frame. The small rubber protectors on the brush did nothing to prevent the metal wire from scratching the paint.

By the time my son washed the soap away and realised what had happened it was too late.

The staff were understanding when I returned the brushes, but this product is not fit for purpose and should be pulled from the shelves.

As usual, the level of Customer support received from 99 Bikes has been outstanding.

Dealing with 99 Bikes was a great customer service experience. I bought a saddle online, collected in store. They happily fitted it while it for me and off I rode. However, I didn’t find that saddle as comfortable as I’d hoped, so the next week I went back to the store and they were very helpful in exchanging the saddle for a different model which they also fitted for me. This time I love the saddle.

E bike purchase
Went to the store with an idea what we wanted and the girl there confirmed our thoughts. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful ended up with a great bike.

Roger is a great mechanic and a terrific service provider.

Dropped bike for Silver Service and some adjustments. Poorly performed adjustments which made me doing it myself. Tried ringing the store/ workshop but no answer. Very disappointed. Need to look for a better mechanic who can be trusted

The order was ready for click and collect. The instore sales team helped me with purchasing the correct lubrication for the type of riding I do for my chain.
