I bought the Goobler scooter for my very tall 9 year old and the service was fantastic, the Web page gave all correct information on the scooter was perfect for my daughters birthday present. She absolutely loves it. I am now able to go for long walks and have her travel with me, without complaints that it hurts her hands through the vibration which she had with a previous smaller model, as the tyres are very flexible and absord the vibration . The adjustable handle bar, means it grows with her through the many years of use this scooter will get.

Click and Collect from Ipswich QLD, the store rand me to confirm the order could be picked up. A week later I arrived the order wasn't ready and the assistant asked to choose the items from the display shelves as he had no idea what was ordered. We went to the counter and the additional item being Knicks was not offered. The shop assistant then went out to the back room and grabbed a bag with my name on it, and then realised all the items ordered were located in the bag. The Knicks were the wrong ones ordered and instead were a Bib and Brace in XL as ordered except I ordered Knicks. I told him there will not fit because I am very tall, he said bring them back if they are uncomfortable. The following day I made contact with the Ipswich store and spoke to another person, he asked for all of my details before telling him the the Bib and Brace does not fit me and as ordered I would prefer the Knicks as ordered online and opting for Click and Collect from the Ipswich shop. The person took quite awhile to collect all the information from the receipt number and then told me the item has been incorrectly provided to me, and he said I would need to return the item and will be replaced with the Knicks as ordered. When I arrived for the exchange of goods I requested for the extra paid for the item being a sum larger than the sale price. The salesman said; you have been charged the correct price, however my statement price was larger that the sales price. The salesman said for click and collect there is an additional charge for delivery from one store to another and during the sales there lots and lots of deliveries all over Brisbane. I sated this was not seen on the website at the time of sale and I will be checking this information when I can. The salesman said; this additional charge has now been removed and you won't see this information. I am very disappointed with the tracking of sales in the Ipswich shop and probably due to lack of communication between staff amidst covid issues.

Easy going staff who are knowledgeable and informative. My bike always comes away from service just like new and it's the best feeling!

Ordering a bike online through 99Bikes was super easy. When it was available for pick up the staff in the Ipswich store were great to deal with. An excellent experience all round.
