Bought an e-bike with Zander’s help at Morayfield today. Absolutely fantastic service and advice on every aspect from a very customer oriented young man who simply wants to get the best result for you.. I am SO glad my friend directed me there.. Zander answered every question, explained, demonstrated and even delivered after work the same day…. What more can you ask. Highly recommended 👍👍👍

We bought 2 folding bikes online from the Morayfield branch as the price was better than anywhere else at the time. The bikes were checked and ready for collection the next day and the handover was friendly and informative. We’re very happy with our purchase and would recommend the Morayfield branch to anyone interested in good service and value.

The staff attitude and attentiveness was great. Very knowledgeable and keen to provide honest opinions and advice. Big shout out to Max and Harry who looked after us. Very friendly and easy going - no pressure to buy this or that. Will certainly be back when I need parts, accessories or servicing.

The team at Morayfield 99 bikes are exceptional. Not just great with their advice and their product knowledge, but these guys truly went out of their way to get the right scooter to me in time for Christmas. A service level and standard that is rare in retail at any time, let alone at such a busy time of year. Always cheerful and kind, like nothing was too much trouble, even though I knew they were really working hard for me behind the scenes to make this happen. I'm beyond grateful and I'm telling everyone I know about the amazing team at Morayfield.

Good range of products, helpful staff and quick service

Went above and beyond, great communication, easy people to get along with! No awkward conversation with these people!

Have just started to get into Bike Riding again Lachlan from Morayfield has gone above and beyond is duties. To help myself with maintaining my Merida Big 7 60. He has also helped me with finding my first Road bike. Josh the Team Leader has also been doing a fantastic job with finding the right gear for my bikes. The team have also helped myself learn more about the maintenance of my bike aswell.

I would like to review this product however having purchased it on the 6th December I am still waiting for delivery by Couriers Please who have been scanning this item in Victoria since the 10th December.
The appalling delivery service by Couriers Please will mean I won't be able to review the product and I won't be able to place further orders with 99 Bikes until there is a change of carrier to regional areas by 99 Bikes. This carrier company is notorious for poor delivery in our area.
While I understand current delivery volume issues and Christmas shutdowns, this delivery has been scanned 10 times on different days in the local depot. That just rells me there is a very reluctant (slack) driver avoiding the delivery

Service from the shop was excellent, friendly and helpful.
The product was a bit disappointing - weld splatter on the steel components - had to remove a burr to be able to assemble the item.

Great service an excellent staff members.

Staff were friendly and helpful my only issue is the bike wasn't tightened correctly, the handle bars came loose, the rear axle came loose, and after a few weeks the bike is making a weird noise when I ride it, will be taking it back for a tune up, other than that I love the bike.

Good service & product is well wrapped. Nice variety is product.
