Phil did a great job to help us with new bikes and solving a small after sales matter.

Went to get my Son's bike serviced at 99Bikes Ryde. Thomas did an amazing job in sorting out all the issues and putting the SMILE back on his face. Phil the "Chief" is a fantastic guy to deal with and guides you to EXACTLY what you want. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED PLACE FOR BIKES

Just wanted to thank the gentlemen working at the West Ryde location for helping to replace a small lost part and not charging for this spare/leftover part. It was the spring/screw thing that goes in the front wheel to secure the detachable front wheel (not sure what the part is called). Appreciate the service. Another reason I like doing business with them.

Just picked-up a small item I ordered online and Alex at Ryde branch was very accommodating even apologetic for the very short wait while he was attending to another customer asking something about a bike on display. Item I ordered was ready and the whole pick-up was quick and easy. Will definitely buy again and will prefer Ryde branch if possible.

The sales person was very courteous and helpful in detailing the product features I was looking for. He also helped me install the item at no extra cost.

I bought this Apollo Transfer 10 Hybrid Bike harcoal/Black/Red (2022) and couldn't be happier with the bike. Ordered online and quick delivery to the shop, Product was professionally built and tested. Price was great with discount and money well spent.

bought a kids bike -- hoot series, but when in shop to pick up , can't find any accessories for it, bike stands, bottle holders etc.

The salesman who served me was very nice and he even offered to carry the item for me to the car.

I bought a Merida kids mountain bike Matts 22 J 24 in late November 2021, with one use of the bike in light rain, the J tube and head stem bolt started to rust. The rust worsened. No other components near or on the handlebars rusted. These parts were obviously not right for the use. I had to argue with 99 Bikes West Ryde for something to be done about this. Their initial response was that they would replace these parts at my expense. They have agreed to replace like with like, which doesn't solve the problem. I have contacted Merida Australia by my initial experience with the bike and the retailer is poor.

I bought the bike for my son from 99Bikes online less than a month, and his bike makes terrible sound, contacted the closest 99Bike store they said it's our issue not covered by product warranty and asked us to buy their "Repair" package, isn't it an outrageous service? Stay away from them.
