Misleading advertising. I clicked a Google ad claiming free delivery over $75, but at checkout delivery was $100. Customer service refused to honor the offer or provide any solution. I ended up buying elsewhere with much better service and the same pricing.

Conned my wife into buying a Lynx E MTB large size and she is 5 foot 4. $2500 for a bike that does not fit. The cheap "Maximus" not "Maxxis" tyres punctured in the first week. They were fitted with HP tubes designed for a racing bike running 160 PSI tyres not a tyre with maximum pressure of 65 PSI. Didnt even throw in a pump or a puncture kit lights or even suggest them. So had to walk 2 hours home with two flats. Rang the Adelaide store couldnt have given a stuff said come in and we can sell you a pump and a puncture kit.
Not an option as she had to drive two hours there to pick it up in the first place and 2 hours back. It was fitted with a TDF racing saddle too totally unsuitable. So a gigantic rip off zero care zero service just deplorable conduct and taking advantage of someone. Even worse they demanded $160 to unlock the speed as it was to be ridden exclusively on private property no speed limit applies. Just a terrible experience and they refuse to take it back when its totally unsuitable for what she wanted. Unconscionable conduct of the highest order so have to go through Consumer Affairs and we will.

The Staff was very helpful, had everything I need, very good to deal with.

I was purchasing a planned bike product (chain degreaser) using the balance of a 99-Bikes gift-card, plus the $$ balance by credit card. The staff made this "ever so easy" to do. So a great transaction (again), of course!

Smooth online order experience, Fast shipping, Good communication through the delivery and seamless handover. Was obvious that the delivery lady knew everything about bikes, provides good advice and all info.

I never normally give reviews, but if I could give 10 here I would. These guys are just great. I depend on my bike for all my transport and currently I have a puppy that is also depending on it. They are clearly uber busy - but they made time to fix my puncture and tighten the breaks on my e-bike - which means that I've got it back on time for the week ahead. In addition, they helped me to put it into the car when I was collecting it.

This would be cool love to go back to riding a bicycle again but has to be a adult tricycle thanks

Staff were excellent. Jack was very helpful and professional.

Had a warranty issue with an accessory. No fuss, Sena followed up immediately and picked up new item within hours.

Click & collect order was incorrectly picked. Presta tube ordered was a Schrader when I got the order home

99 Bikes are great. The staff were knowledgeable and professional. I did my order online, and rang on the phone to ask some extra questions. It was ready to pick up the next day. Came with warranty, an explanation and guidance on bike care. They made my dream bike! If you are looking for a good, reliable, quality bike and service- go to 99 bikes :)

I purchased a Merida Electric bike about three months ago and took it in for its free tune-up last week. The service staff were very helpful and resolved issues that I had with gear changing. They replaced several parts that they suspected were causing the issues and resolved the problems at no charge to me. The bike is now running exceptionally well. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times.

I ordered a bicycle computer online and was able to pick it up a couple of hours later.

Never had bad service from these guys, can recommend.
