Ordered the shoes and got them in under 24 hours. The climbing shoes had a nice discount as well, so searched a bit before buying to see if the store is legit. All checks out. 5/5

I had ordered some new bouldering gear but the package was lost in shipping. Brought the issue to the attention of customer service by simply responding to the order confirmation email. Their responses were timely and professional with the issues being resolved as soon as possible by sending a new package. I recieved the new package in good condition the following week and I am verry happy with how this issues was resolved!

Besteld en kreeg alles compleet de volgende dag thuis.
Fijn dat ze ook de kleine klimtopos hebben die andere sites vaak niet hebben.

Pricing is good, i ordered a pair of shoes they were unfortunatly too small, i contacted customer support which was very friendly and managed to return them which was a bit expensive for a belgian customer, but theyre looking into a way for belgians to return to a pickupoint in belgium to reduce the costs. No free returns but this is understandable since its not a huge company this store is ran by 2 people. All in all i had a good experience. and will buy again from them.
