It's been about 4 months, no delivery, no response, no help. This company stole £110.96 GBP from me. Only got one delivery from them successfully before.

I should have read reviews from here before I purchased opti green 50! Product didn't do anything for me the customer service no response. I gave a bad review for this product, it doesn't show on their website at all lol. Don't buy!

We hope you are well, we are sorry you had a bad experience with this product, unfortunately as per our terms and conditions, if you open the product and then proceed to use it for numerous days we can't offer a refund as the product is unsellable for us at that point upon return.
We apologise if this seems unreasonable but we have to stick to our terms and conditions that are clearly stated on our website. As for the other reviews you have referenced, we have served thousands of happy customers, feel free to take a look at our website for further reference, we are not perfect, we do make mistakes occasionally but we will always try to put it right if we do.

The product itself is great, protein powder has no place tasting this good.

Scam of a company
Why I decided to give this company another shot is beyond me. But again, another order, taking my money and not shipping the products. Never responding to emails yet still sends promotional emails out and posts sales on social media. It’s a shame, because companies like 1st Phorm have incredibly high customer service standards and A List Nutrition is just tarnishing their name. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company, and writing to 1st Phorm as well. Lesson learned this time.

Great range of products and lovely service
Great range of products, nice and easy laid out site. My orders have always arrived in great time. I first ordered from A-List Nutrition in 2017, they stock amazing US products. I love the Primeval Labs and Core Nutritionals.

Order NOT Received
1st Phorm order not delivered, ZERO communication from the company after the order was placed and payment taken, even after requesting order updates no response received (company may no longer be operational it seems but online payments are still taken).
DO NOT order from this place, unless you want your payment taken and your order NOT delivered at all!

Order placed on 20th February and has never turned up. Email sent to the recommended email address last week and no reply. They owe me either £117.98 worth of products or the money back.
